In Hawaiian, "Kaha Lani" means heavenly place. And that's what you'll find at this Kauai condo oceanfront resort. Stroll along miles of uncrowded white sand beach and lush tropical landscaping. Coconut palms rustling in the gentle trade winds. Come & enjoy the quiet privacy of this intimate condominium on beautiful Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast. Our condo is perfectly situated in the middle of the island with restaurants, shopping, golf and incredible beaches surrounding. We are just minutes from the Wailua River and the little town of Kapa’a.

Our condo is just steps across the lawn from a beautiful uncrowded beach. If you follow the foot / bike path that runs between the condo and the beach to the south you arrive at Lydgate State Park beach (about a 5-7 minute walk). Here you will find 2 sheltered lagoons perfect for kids, as well as great sheltered snorkeling. Also at the park is a fantastic playground. Walking north along the foot path you find Kamalani playground – a giant community built play structure. Our kids have always LOVED this playground.

The condo grounds are quiet, secluded and perfect for a romantic getaway. If you are a golfer, you will find Wailua Golf Course right next door! This is a beautiful ocean front PUBLIC course (reasonably priced) which is rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation. We play the course at least once every time we visit.

As for the condo itself, it is a 2-story - 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a convertible sofa. The master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom is upstairs and has ocean views. The downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request and a bathroom as well. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a double bed. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. We have everything you will need in the kitchen (just add groceries). We have a phone for local calls, WiFi internet in the condo and a washer/dryer for your use as well. The private lanai overlooks the ocean and has a table and chairs great for relaxing or outside dining. Our home is, of course, strictly non-smoking.

The shared grounds of Kaha Lani also have a swimming pool, putting green, tennis courts, 2 gas barbeques, and additional laundry facilities.

The Garden Island is, in our opinion, the most beautiful and exotic of all the Hawaiian Islands. We look forward to the opportunity to share our paradise as well as our home. Please feel free to call or email with any questions. Aloha.
