Upper level has one large bedroom with full bed and cable TV and large loft overlooking living room with new comfortable Queen sleep sofa (loft can be used as a 4th bedroom).
Lower level is a beautifully finished walk-out basement with large den, cable TV, foosball table; one bedroom with 2 twin beds; full bathroom with new washer and dryer.
Complete use of Hideout amenities including 2 pools, beaches, Tiki bar overlooking Roamimgwood Lake; golf course with clubhouse, mini golf, indoor and outside tennis courts, game room, arts and crafts center, baseball field, basketball courts, ski hill. Motorboats are allowed on Roamingwood Lake; canoes and rowboats are available to rent.
