Our home still feels like brand new!
Our 1,900 sq. ft. 3 bedroom / 2 bath home was purchased as a family vacation home in our favorite spot...Lake Havasu City. The home has never been lived in full time and is in immaculate condition. Every time we roll in our suit cases we say..."man this builder thought of everything."
Just as you enter our home you are greeted by a fantastic open floor plan with a nice pot shelf with accent lighting for the perfect ambiance. We selected the most comfortable sofa available which has an oversized built in recliner and a hide a bed perfect for watching your favorite movie on the big screen TV. You will bounce on the plush carpeting!!!
The dining room is right off of the living room with seating for seven. The kitchen is the perfect layout equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
The master suite is spectacular with a great California King bed with two ceiling fans over head and there is still plenty of room. There is an over sized walk in closet and great private bathroom. There are windows on each side of the dresser and a sliding glass door with access out to the back patio offering plenty of natural light.
The master bath has his and her sinks, large mirror, even a ceiling fan for air circulation; and my favorite...the walk in tile shower with glass block window.
The guest bedroom #1 is also a nice sized room with a very comfortable California King bed with a ceiling fan over head, nice six drawer dresser and two night stands. The room has a nice large window and two smaller windows. Both the master and guest bedroom #1 face South West for natural light and fantastic lake sunsets.
Just across the short hallway is the guest bedroom #2. This room has a Queen size bed with a ceiling fan over head, six drawer dresser, two night stands and a chest for extra storage. There is also a larger window and two smaller windows for natural light.
The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tiled tub / shower combo and a linen closet.
The home offers a soft water system, room to park an RV on the side of the house and 50 AMP hook ups, large laundry room with upgraded washer and dryer, second fridge and extra linen storage.
There are gorgeous lake and mountain views, fantastic cul-de-sac you could ever dream of. We are just minutes away from Bashas' Grocery store on the South end. Less than five miles from the London Bridge, restaurants, golf, Movie Theater, indoor water park and lots more.
No smoking and No pets please...we're allergic!

The other stuff you need to know...
This is not a party house! Our home is well cared for and will expect the same with our guests who share it with us.
Long term reservations require minimum of 30 days notice, unless other arrangements are made between owner and guest(s).
Week long stays please contact owner for details.
Initial deposits may be used toward security deposit. However, any cancellations within 30 days of reservation loose the initial deposit for lost reservations.
Security deposits to be refunded within 20 days of departure without any property damage.
Cleaning fee is non refundable is not to be used as security deposit.
All monies due within 30 days of reservation in certified funds with signed rental agreement, unless other arrangements have been made. (Short term / weekly rentals only due to time constraints)

Our family has been vacationing in Havasu for many, many years. In fact our mom went there before the bridge was built!!! Wow! She fell in love with the lake and took my brother and I every chance she got. We used to fall asleep under the stars at Crazy Horse Campgrounds right on the water. Now we are lucky enough to have a wonderful home in this fantastic town.
