This well-maintained 2 bedroom and 2 bath duplex is located on beautiful Venice Island, which has small shops and numerous dining experiences. Our duplex is located on a very quiet island with Sharky's restaurant and fishing pier within 4 blocks.
Venice Island is the sea fossil capital of the world where you can find four million year old sea fossils on a daily basis.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is 1 block from the beach with your own private beach access (see pictures). Beach is secluded and semi-private. I guarantee you it is the nicest beach access on the Island. There are fruit trees in the back yard. Picture in the morning making your own fresh squeezed orange juice.
Golf course, small airport, restaurants, and small shops are all located on the island. Large malls and numerous outlet centers are five minutes away. Duplex is beautifully decorated and is very clean. Private yard with a large privacy fence. Cable/TV and all utilities all included. Kitchen has all amenities and utensils. All bedding and linens are provided. Bicycles, sand tools (toys) and beach accessories are located in the attached outbuilding. The duplex is furnished with washer/dryer.
Venice is a wonderfully safe, quiet community - as a matter of fact some of our tenants are now living here but do not tell anybody, for we want to keep it a secret.
