My family recently stayed at this condo and found it wonderfully relaxing. The condo itself was very clean and inviting and had everything we could want. We really enjoyed the fitness center, tennis courts (clay) and private beach. We found some really great restaurants in Orange Beach (approx 15 minutes away). My girls age 12 and 15 are asking to go back next year. We really had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

We just returned from a long weekend in this resort condo and were completely pleased with everything about it. We have adult children and the seperate baths with each bedroom and the large common areas were perfect. After enjoying the privacy and roominess, it would be difficult to go back to a cramped condo on the beach. If you don't have to be right on the beach, I would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home to any family or friends looking for quiet, secure surroundings and excellent amenities. The golf was great and the food in the clubhouse was very tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. So convenient to eat breakfast before golf and lunch afterward without getting into the crowds at the beach. Janet is great to work with and we will probably get on her calendar for next year.

My husband and I wanted a nice place to go within a fairly short driving distance from Atlanta for the week between Christmas and New Year's. I like the beach and my husband likes golf. We feel we found the perfect solution with this condo! It is situated in a gated golf community. The condo is on the top floor of this building with a nice view of the golf course and tennis courts from the very large covered balcony. The unit is very spacious, much more than a couple would need, but it is nice to have all the room to stretch out! It would be a perfect place to bring a second couple, or a family; the master bedroom is on one side of the condo with two guest bedrooms on the other side. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and a bonus is the full size washer and dryer in a laundry area adjoining the kitchen. The living room is very large and would be great for a gathering. We were pleased with how quiet it is; there was a New Year's Eve party going on in the adjoining unit last night, and we wondered when we got off the elevator after dinner if it would be noisy, but once we were inside the condo, we could hear nothing. There are nice walking trails within the property, one of them going through a marsh to the bay. The beach is a short (3 mile) drive away and there are also nice hiking trails into the nearby wildlife preserve from the beach area. My husband got in two rounds of golf during our stay and reported the courses to be in fine shape and fun to play. Gulf Shores, with all the shopping, restaurants, and public beaches, is a short ride, but here in the Peninsula, you are well away from all the traffic, noise, and congestion of a typical beach property. We would highly recommend this spot for a quiet and relaxing time away. We thought it was a great way to bring in the New Year. Thanks to the owners for being easy to work with and for sharing this lovely spot.

Our family absolutely loved this condo. It has an awesome balcony that is very large and has a great view of the golf course. Balcony is well equipped with furniture and a grill. The interior was nicely furnished, very spacious, super clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient to have a private bathroom in each bedroom. The large living room with ample seating was very nice for our family gatherings at night! The resort is incredibly pristine and tranquil. The pool was also very nice, and the food from the club house was delicious! We were very pleased with the location of the resort. It was very private, but we were able to get to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions in less than 10 minutes. The owners were very accommodating during the reservation process and during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this condo for your beach getaway, and we hope we are able to return for another visit in the future!

We loved our stay at the Peninsula. Our stay was great, the view over the golf course beautiful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and so spacious.We found the kitchen well equipped. We had everything we needed to make us feel the conveniences of home. The location was private yet close to shopping, restaurants, the bay, golf, everything we experienced was wonderful. Janet was so easy to work with and made sure all our needs were met. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend our condo to everyone.
