MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH HIGhLIGHTS
The master bedroom features an antique Queen-Size pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a LCD flat panel HDTV with matching full-length dresser and mirror. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean from the luxury of the living room, dining room and kitchen or step out on the deck through one of two 8ft glass sliders (living & dining room).
The master bath features an open full-size shower and built-in tile bath enclosure.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The three guest bedrooms feature two pillow top double beds and one pillow top twin-size bed along with side tables & lamps. Two bedrooms include TVs. In one bedroom your guests with enjoy Pacific Oceans views including Dana Highlands and the Ritz-Carlton Resort.

We had a fabulous time here in Laguna once again. The weather was amazing and so is the house. Thank you for letting us stay here each summer. We all have the best time...We have stayed here for 7/8/9 years and every year has been delightful. Thank you so much again.

“Our family has stayed at the...house for 6 or 7 summers in a row. We think of it as our beach house. It’s clean, well laid out, homey and gives us everything we want or need. We can barbeque some hamburgers on the patio, order some pizza and eat it at the beach, or go out to any one of the many great restaurants nearby. 3 Arch Bay is beautiful, safe and well located. The private beach is fantastic- a great combination-big enough so you don’t feel crowded, but small enough to be manageable for parents with kids. Gil is a great host, it’s almost like we are staying at, “Uncle Gil’s house”.
