The Forest Country Club is a beautiful established, gated golf and tennis community just off I-75 with easy access to all that Southwest Florida offers. Approximately ten minutes from Fort Myers International Airport, it offers easy access to all major area beaches including Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, and Sanibel Island. There are multiple shopping opportunities close by such as Bell Tower, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, The Promenade, and Gulf Coast Town Center.
This condo was totally gutted and renovated in January 2009. It has all new top-of-the-line cabinetry and granite in kitchen and bathrooms. There is a travertine shower in the master bath as well as luxurious new tile and carpet throughout. The unit has been tastefully decorated with all new furnishings to provide a warm and inviting ambience in which to relax or entertain. To make your stay an enjoyable one, it has been fully outfitted. Cable TV/DVD player in the great room and cable TV in both bedrooms provide indoor entertainment. The Forest Country Club and the surrounding area offer you as much activity or as much relaxation as you choose. The Club's main features are it's clay tennis courts with an organized tennis program with a pro, and two beautiful 18-hole golf courses. From the legendary miles of white-sand beaches and all imaginable water activities, to museums and wildlife viewing, to shopping and dining, the Fort Myers area and Southwest Florida has it all.
