Casa Sora is a luxurious, brand new in-town home that we are very excited to offer to you! This four bedroom, four and a half bath home has just finished construction in June 2009. The owners have taken no short cuts in the homes design and layout, making it one of, if not the most unique in town homes, Cozumel has to offer. Located in the esteemed Corpus Crispi area of town, within a short walk of all the in-town entertainment/shopping and less than 100 meters to the giant grocery store, Chadraui's. The interior look and feel has such a modern style to it, with everything from the kitchen appliances to the living room furniture. THE HOME IS SPECTACULAR!
The home has some distinguished amenities that also help to separate it from the competition; a waterfall feature at the entrance to the home, a rooftop terrace with tiled floors/ a gas grill and sink under a beautiful palapa making it perfect to enjoy a hot summer day, an outdoor shower & scuba rinse tank perfect for cleaning off after a long day of scuba diving, an incredible backyard garden that includes 2 banana trees, 1 papaya, 1 lime tree and lots of hibiscus, oleander, palms and bougainvillea, a great backyard pool, a Vonage phone line (for unlimited FREE long distance calling to the USA), internet, CD/DVD player, a big screen TV, and ceiling fans in every room. A one car garage is also included, that offers a parking options for guests with a rental car. There is also plenty of street parking on quiet residential street.
The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor and includes two twin beds that can combine for one king, depending on your preference. This bedroom also showcases an end table and large armoire with hangers and shelves for all your nice dress shirts. This bedroom has its own private bathroom that includes a full tiled shower with a bathroom window w/ screen for great ventilation and sun light & A/C to cool everything down!
The 2nd bedroom also includes two twin beds with the same king capabilities, while also housing an end table and another armoire. But, this room is located on the second floor of the home. Also attached, similar to the first bedroom, is its own private bathroom w/ a shower, etc. & A/C to cool everything down!
The 3rd bedroom, located adjacent to the second, has a queen bed with two end tables, a walk in closet and another beautifully tiled bathroom and shower & A/C to cool everything down!
The master bedroom, also on the second floor, includes a king bed with two end tables, a walk in closet, and a jetted tub/shower, & A/C to cool everything down...perfect for relaxing in after a long day in the sun. Your entire vacation could be spent in this luxurious master bedroom.
The last 1/2 bathroom is located in the living area on the first floor. The living room includes comfortable furniture, adjacent to a walk out patio to the backyard gardens and private pool with sliding glass doors. Included is a CD/DVD player hooked up to a nice flat screen TV. The nice part about this living room is its wide open stance to the dining room and the kitchen. Lastly, there will be mini spilt A/Cs in each bedroom and one large one cooling the entire living room/kitchen/dining area.

As an international family of 3, we have traveled all over the world, but we just can never go too long without our Cozumel time...returning here for almost 20 years despite the world of possibilities which await us! At least 2 of us are avid SCUBA divers and Richard makes award winning underwater films...take a moment to drop one in the DVD player during your stay. Cozumel is consistently recognized as the #1 place in the Caribbean for SCUBA diving and we sure know why! Enjoy your stay in Casa Sora...you won't regret a moment of your time here!

A short walk to the ocean, shopping, groceries and downtown! Enjoy the garden oasis and pool in the back or stretch your legs out on one of our hammocks under the palapa on the rooftop. Casa Sora is located on a quiet residential street only 2 blocks from the sea, 1 block from Chedraui for incredible groceries, and a stroll to all of the downtown restaurants and shopping.
