We have used this getaway almost every weekend since we bought it. There is a pride of ownership. The people here are very friendly.
All new furniture including mattresses. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, end unit townhouse. 1060 square feet. Bedrooms upstairs.

Beautiful smaller property within a 12-15 min walk to downtown. Many repeat guest stay here and everyone is extremely friendly. The unit is nicely furnished with the living room, kitchen, dining, 1/2 bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. It is an end unit so neighbors on only one side who we never heard. The pool/hottub are literally right outside the front door and there is covered parking. The patio has a washer/dryer, grill and 2 bicycles for your use. The kitchen is well stocked as is the entire condo. The ownner is available to call at anytime with any questions you may have.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Fantastic location is this condos biggest asset-we easily walked and biked to the strip. This nicely appointed condo in well maintained complex with friendly residents was a pleasure for our family to enjoy.
