My stay at Chris and Karen's Mandalay Beach Condo was absolutely fantastic!!!! As a repeat client, I fully enjoy & recommend. The Condo is clean, spacious & offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Mandalay offers great amenities for their guests. I personally wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!! Thank you again for making your unit available to rent.

Thank you for providing such wonderful quarters for our holiday. Everything from our eldest son's medical exams in Tampa, to our leisure time went extremely well. We now prefer the North Beach to Sand Key. The unit was spotless when we arrived and we are leaving it in the same condition. Thanks once again.

Hello Chris & Karen. Just a quick note to let you know how we enjoyed your condo. So much so, that we are going back next year. I must say though, it was a difficult adjustment getting back into a routine yesterday! Wanted to make sure things were in order and everything was fine with the condo. Also, is it available for next year, mid-April??

We enjoyed our stay at your condo at Mandalay Beach Club very much, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place at the beach. It was convenient, comfortable and well appointed, with all the amenities we could hope for. It was warm enough to enjoy the beach the entire first week, and a few days of the second as well. We used the gas grill almost every night the first week, but that tapered off as we began to enjoy some of our old restaurants, and a few new ones, too. We even experienced a wedding on the beach in front of the condo that was clearly visible from your balcony! The personnel at Mandalay Beach Club are a real asset to you and we thanked them for their helpfulness. Best wishes to you for success in renting your property during the winter. We will certainly rent your condo again when we decide to come to Clearwater Beach.

Just a quick note to say that you have a lovely condo with a great view and a superb location. We could walk to any restaurant or shop and only had to use the car to go to Publix. The beach of course is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the month . . .

Just a note to let you know that we received the security deposit check and appreciate your prompt response. My parents and I enjoyed very much staying at your lovely condo. Your unit was immaculate and everything was so well organized and provided that our entire stay was smooth sailing and thoroughly enjoyable. I also appreciate the fact that Karen was always available for questions I had for her and would return my calls very promptly. My parents extend their thanks to you both and also wish to express their desire to visit Clearwater Beach again in the winter months and hopefully stay in your condo again, but for 2 months next time!! First and foremost like I said to Karen we had a great time. The condo was exactly like you promised and the place was great. The security, pool, grounds and club house were outstanding.
