Located on ground level, Los Juncos #7 in Las Palmas in Coco Beach has been renovated by its new New owners. Now sleeps 6.
Large HD flat screen TVs (allowing more tv station availability than older box tvs) in living room and master bedroom. The full size kitchen has been renovated to now include cherry cabinets and granite counter tops.
The master bedroom furniture, as well as the kitchen cabinets, are made from Molina wood, wood deciduous of the area. The two bathroom shower stalls include seating for handicapped and challenged individuals. Just a few steps from the front Lanai is a pristine shared swimming pool.
Take a leisurely 15 minute stroll into the town of Coco Beach to enjoy cocktails, dinner, entertainment, shopping and games of chance at the local Casino. Take a romantic stroll across the road to one of the most beautiful black sand beaches of the Pacific and gaze at the beautiful sunsets every evening.

We recently retired from New Jersey to the mountains of Pennsylvania and love the quietness of mountain life. We interact with nature at its finest.

We vacationed in Costa Rica for the first time in March of 2009 to visit with friends. We embraced the area immediately. We found the perfect condo in Las Palmas and it became "Our Other Place". Dave is an avid fisherman and this area is known as one of the best fishing capitals of the world. He is truly in his element.

While staying at our condo in Las Palmas, we enjoy the convenience of everything at your fingertips. Within the development is a lovely Italian Restaurant, a Crepe Cafe, a small Deli, Beauty Salon and Walk in Clinic. The town of Coco Beach is a short one quarter mile walk into town, and across the road from our condo is a quick one block walk to the Pacific Ocean.
