Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco
We visited Costa Rica 3 years ago with a group of friends. Really loved the heat, the people, the scenery. When we were looking for another vacation rental we thought it would be the perfect spot.

We bought this condo since it was close to everything. You don't need to rent a car if you don't want to. It's 2 minutes from the beach, a 15 minute stroll into Playas del Coco where you will find everything from restaurants, shopping, 4 groceries stores, dive shops, tour guides. You name it Playas del Coco offers it. The condo is large, newly and tastefully decorated. It offers all the creature comforts of home.

We bought our first vacation rental in the Fiji Islands when we traveled there for our Honeymoon. We enjoyed the experience so much we bought a condo in Arizona in 2009 and have been on the lookout for our next investment and found it in Costa Rica!

My boyfriend and I rented this wonderful condo for 9 nights. It offered all the creature comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen, lounge chairs for the pool, plush towels, beach chairs, not to mention a great directory full of local information. We loved the pool and with such a small complex had it to ourselves often. The complex was well maintained, with the pool cleaned daily. This condo was close to the beach and to town. We would walk into town along the beach daily and ate at almost every restaurant during our stay. We never had a bad meal, in fact they were all extremely tasty and cheap. We found everything we could ask for in Playas Del Coco and at the condo and will definitely be back!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

This is an extremely nice condo, very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make your vacation very easy for you. For example, there are already some staples in the kitchen (such as salt and pepper, spices, some salad dressing, etc.as well as laundry detergent) waiting for you so you don't have to run out and buy them. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kind of cooking equipment you could want. We found the walk to the beach was very short and pleasant, and was actually a great way to get to town since you could walk along the shore all the way to downtown Coco. The pool and grounds are maintained daily -- clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Henri and Adale for their thoughtfulness.
