Our brand new 2,000 sq. foot Townhome provides ultimate comfort and luxury for all of your family with breathtaking views of the mountains and Park City Golf Course from your private balcony, a stocked gourmet kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances, 2 beautifully decorated living rooms with large flat screen TV’s, state-of-the-art media centers and Dish Satellite for all your entertainment needs, and a gorgeous stone fireplace. There are 3 Bedroom Suites, all with large attached bathrooms, spacious walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and windows, upgraded fine linens, and plush pillows and mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep. The Master Bath has a large Jetted Jacuzzi tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes and the third suite is perfect for children with a large queen/twin bunk bed and lots of space. Just a few feet away is the heated pool, spa, and fitness room that is conveniently open 24 hours a day.
Silver Star Lodge has a 24 hour onsite front desk and concierge staff and all our renters have private reserved spots in the heated underground parking with plenty of parking for guests. Complimentary shuttle service makes it easy to get to the base at Park City Mountain Resort for ski school as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment on Main Street, and access to Deer Valley and The Canyons. For the warmer months, great hiking and mountain biking are accessed in your backyard on the Spiro Trail and the Park City Golf Course is right across the street. Silver Star Lodge is home to the Sundance Film Festival Headquarters as well as the Spiro Arts Center. Greg and Sally Bigler have been married for 28 years and are the parents to 5 children and grandparents to 3. They have vacationed with their family in Park City for over 20 years and have found their Townhome in Silver Star Lodge to offer of the best of what can be found in Park City. They currently reside in the Southwest, but try to make it to Park City as often as they can.
Why the Owner Chose Silver Star
Greg and Sally Bigler have been vacationing in Park City for over 20 years, since their children were little. “Our kids all learned to ski and snowboard here,” says Greg, a longtime resident of the southwest. “Now that they’re all living in different parts of the county, Park City has become a place that we all can meet up to enjoy what we love doing- whether it be skiing, snowboarding, dining, shopping, or golfing”. What is Greg’s favorite part of the Townhome at Silver Star? “The ease of access to the Silver Star lift which takes you right to the heart of Utah’s best skiing”. The Biglers have always dreamed of owning a place in Park City and decided to purchase their Silver Star Townhome for its easy ski access, proximity to great food and an upscale rental/sales shop, the new construction, and family atmosphere. “We looked at other condos, but we never liked the location or they looked dated,” says Greg. “Silver Star was the first ski-in/ski-out property that we were really excited about buying. It is the perfect family retreat because there are so many things going on here”.
