The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the top 3 most desirable zip codes in San Diego. Gorgeous home in an amazing neighborhood that is close enough to walk to everything! Walk to Cedros in the morning (3 blocks) for coffee and great breakfast. The bridge takes you over Coast Hwy to the gym, beach, shops and more restaurants. Two beaches are walkable. One is Fletcher Cove, great for kids, which has a park, jungle gym and basketball courts and it's equipped with restrooms. The other is behind Frog's gym, is more private with a shower at the top, down 66 steps, and is great for a workout. You get it all here and it is why we bought here and will never go anywhere else!
