  my family and I had a wonderful time at Rincon Retreat! my communication before arriving to the house with Jay was excellent and the local contact was always available for whatever we need it. we even had a Christmas Tree!!!!!! the house is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. the pool is big enough for 9 ppl. to play in it, and the sunsets are to die for when you sit at the 3rd floor deck. the neighborhood is a quiet one and if you like to walk you may do so to the beach (is like a 7-10min walk going down a hill) the beach is great for surfing and sunbathing not to good for a normal swim (too many rocks), at the beach you have a couple of good restaurants and bars right at the beach. I love Rincon and my experience was really good that i will definitely stay here again.

  We had 4 adults and 3 teenage girls in our party and never once felt overcrowded or in each others way. As said in other reviews here the pictures DO NOT do this home justice. The outside living areas are very well kept! Off street parking is wonderful and definitely a must in PR. Even though homes are so close to each other everywhere in PR there is a total sense of privacy here, the views are wonderful, the sound of the waves at night is soothing! If a vacation to just catch your breath is what is needed this is the place. Everything you need is here. I can't say enough about how helpful both Luis, the property manager, and Jay, the owner, were throughout the process. Luis met us at a local restaurant and brought us to the property, walked us through and familiarized us with the house, made sure that we knew we were more then welcome to call him at anytime with any questions or needs that we had during our stay. Can not express our overall satisfaction, highly recommend, we will be returning but not soon enough for us! Thanks Jay! Thanks Luis!

  All we can say is 'Thank You'........ Thank you for making our stay in Rincon memorable. This home is wonderful, beautifully decorated, very convenient and true to the on-line property description. Luis (property manager) took care of us during our stay and Jay (property owner) was extremely accommodating during the reservation process.   We just got back from an amazing vacation in rincon retreat. The house was very modernized and beyond words beautiful, we felt at home. The pool was just stupendous & a great place to just relax. The view we had from the house was beautiful as well, it was amazing just to walk out onto the balcony and see the view of the ocean & all the nature. The house was very convenient, there were enough bathrooms and showers & the washer and dryers were a great help to our vacation. The property manager was very friendly and very helpful. The house was very memorable; there is no doubt in my mind that we will be back. Rincon retreat was our home away from home. Thank you jay for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  The description and photo's did not do justice to the overall beauty in the home and surroundings. The pool was spectacular as well as the terrace and BBQ area. I loved that we had our pick of Avocados every day since the grounds have about 7 avocado trees. The view of the sky and the Stars were overwhelming at night. My family enjoyed every minute of the sun worshipping, swimming, bbqs, and just sitting around enjoying each other's company in this spacious home. I would definitely rent again and recommend to family & friends!!

  The listing description and photo's did not do our vacation home justice!! The place was immaculate and Luis was very hospitable and available if needed. I was looking forward to some relaxation without driving from relative to relative's houses throughout the Island, which worked well for me because 4 of my cousins showed up on Saturday to enjoy the pool and some BBQ. They were very impressed with the house and its surrounding beauty as we were all. The beach was nearby but my surroundings left me no interest to explore any further on my much needed stress free vacation!!! I would definitely rent again and recommend to friends & family!! Thanks!!!

  This home met all of our expectations and then some... Everyone loved the home... We picked avocados right from the yard and ate them.., The home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING.... BBQ, coolers, beach chairs, towels.... Luis the care taker is amazing and literally a phone call away...The property was clean and well maintained..... Mayaguez which is a big city is 15 mins away Highly recommended

  My family and I stayed for a week here and we had such an incredible time. The pictures of this house does not do any justice, the house is super clean and very well organized. Everything is provided except for food of course! Location is not far from a beach, restaurants/bars are fairly close. But best of all you have Luis (property manager), words will never describe his hospitality, he was always there when we needed him. We had issues with the BBQ and he came by to fix it! Our power went down for a couple of hours and he came by to turn on the generator. If your hot water is not working, he'll come by to activate the heater in case it stops working. Even come by to clean the pool occasionally if need be. He was even our tour guide around, well through the phone of course! We basically spoke almost daily throughout our vacation! Super friendly guy who was just a phone call away! Would definitely take this house into consideration again, even though it's 2 1/2 hours away from San Juan, it's well worth the drive and to get away from the city! My advice to you, don't look back or have any doubts, you will enjoy this house!!!! Thank you so much Jay for making this happen for us, it was a pleasure speaking and emailing you. Look forward to staying here when the time comes! You have a beautiful home! And Luis, thanks for your hard work and dedication, it's people like you that makes these vacations worthwhile! It was a trip to remember and I already miss it! :-(

  This is a VERY nice 3 BR / 2 Bath main house -- with a bonus separate area that offers a living room/office and HUGE upstairs bedroom (2 queen beds) and its own modern bath and roofdeck access. All bedrooms were comfortable with separate AC, the 3.5 bathrooms were in great shape, and the unit offered nice linens and plenty of hot solar heated water. The kitchen was well furnished with top quality appliances, dinnerware and gadgets. The patio offered a top of the line gas grill, and barbeque equipment. We think this property is nicer than the photo shows -- it offers extraordinary views of the ocean and sunsets from the roof deck, a large swimming pool that includes a smaller connected jacuzzi area with a soothing waterfall (may be heated at extra cost -- we didn't need it). Please note: lots of places say they have pools, but they turn out to be a petite 'dipping pool' for 1 person. When you are in this pool, you can swim, and you will find yourself gazing out at tree top level (looking at huge palms) to the next hillside ridge. Our family loved the pool. Everything is air conditioned and well maintained. It's a 5 minute walk to Tamboo (bar/restaurant - one of the town's best) and a Sandy beach. We managed to snorkel, scuba and even arrange a day of surfing lessons from Puntas Surf School (5 houses down the street). The owner and local property manager were very friendly and available when needed. We had a great time, and would come back!
