Wonderful home built in 1995 and situated on five quiet acres, high on Sandy Hill bluff, has fantastic views in every direction-- of Block Island Sound, Sprague Farm, North Light, and Montauk. The house is bright and airy, with an open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen. Decks surround the home to capture views and enjoy outdoor living, and the primrose path will lead you to a great hideaway spot to sit and watch the boats go by or have a cup of coffee. The sunsets over the water are incredible and the night lights of the Rhode Island coastline can be seen for miles, all the way to the Newport Bridge. Bring your kayak to launch in the pond or walk to Graces Cove Beach for fishing, snorkeling, swimming and bonfires.
The master bedroom has a private balcony and the three spacious bedrooms have their own unique views. A family/TV room is separate from the main living area. Shared driveway with adjacent family owned property. The house is comfortably furnished and nicely appointed for an enjoyable stay on Block Island.
