This Great Town Home is right across the street of one of the most beautiful Beaches in Florida.
Enjoy our Huge roof top deck for sun bathing or just the Great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. If you love sun sets this is the place for you to be! Every evening, from the upper deck, the Sun takes it's cool dip into the Gulf displayings nature's wonderful paint brush in the sky. You can almost hear the Sun hit the water!! Sissssssssss
Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St.Pete Beach, you have miles of exploring to do. There are so many shops and restaurants to visit it will take many trips back to take them all in. Like Johns Pass Fishing Village and Board Walk 3 miles south. For those that want to venture off the island we have Disney World and all the other Orlando attractions (2 hours) to the east. Bush Gardens and Adventure Island is only (1 hour) away. To the north we have many beautiful rivers to explore. In only (1 1/2 hours) you will be kayaking or floating down the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River with the Manatees or take in a show with the Mermaids.
This 1600 sq. ft. Town Home has three full sized baths, a large master bedroom with private bath and access to the spiral staircase that leeds to the roof top sun deck. The second large bedroom has two single beds with large closet space and the third bedroom has a single bed tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. In the Master Bedroom and the living room you will find a 32 inch cable connected TV. The unit is tastefully decorated in tropical tones and the flooring is 20 inch ceramic tile throughout.
