Unit #54 will be in the front on the ground floor on the west side of the two story building.

My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful days in Venice and this was our home base. We were totally pleased with this efficiency: it is clean, well-stocked and very cozily decorated and very efficient. All of the "necessary" technology if you want it and everything you need to spend time on the beach or at the pool. The walk to the beach is easy - just a short stroll down the sidewalk in the "neighborhood". The pool is very large, very clean and so refreshing on our hot July summer days. The location is great - we loved getting to know Venice - from the wonderful shops in downtown to the beautiful sunsets at the South Jetty to the fishing pier & Sharky's restaurant & tiki bar which we absolutely loved!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable & for taking care of all the little details. It really makes a world of difference!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The studio was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed, there was even a 'sifter' for searching for shark teeth. There were mostly older people staying or living there, and it was very quiet. The beach was very nice although the love bugs were fierce while we were there, but locals said that they have never seen it like that before. Rented air tanks from Scuba West for $10 each and went Scuba Diving from shore and found a lot of nice shark teeth and shells. Had one not so good experience; We invited some family that lives close by to hang out on the beach with us for the day and an older woman that lives in the villas told them to leave because it was a private beach and threatened to have their cars towed even though they were parked in the visitors spots. Other than that is was a very relaxing place.

we just returned from this lovely place. it is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. a full size stove and fridge and a four piece bath. the location is great. close to everything. it has its' own private beach with beautiful sunsets and the downtown shops are just a short walk, bike drive or car drive. you can walk the beach to sharkey's fishing peer and restaurant/bar with live entertainment. the pool is also a plus and you will be sure to meet lots of nice people and probably some new friends. and last but not least, the owners are wonderful accomedating people.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
