Little Palm Guest Suite, located in a quaint island stone cottage, is the perfect romantic getaway. Half of our guests are honeymooners. Situated high a top a hill that borders the National Park, it has spectacular 280 degree views of the Caribbean. For those who desire the ultimate in privacy & luxury, yet priced lower than the two island resort hotels.
The impeccably furnished interior boasts a King Size poster bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress. The room has a sitting area with snakeskin mosaic tile table and 2 chairs. The 4 oversized mahogany French doors open to the ocean view and a private coral tiled deck. 2 additional French doors open to a private covered porch and patio. The suite includes a custom kitchenette area with sink, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster oven & coffee maker, with an outside grill with side burner for cooking.
The luxury bath with custom cabinetry contains glistening white carrera marble. The large shower with glass tile accents features an ocean view window and is big enough for two.
The Guest Suite has its own separate staircase and entry, with its own private covered porch, balcony and patio. It is very secluded and is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
Just a few steps away, a beautiful ocean view pool(See pool details under amenities.) Little Palm's guest suite is the perfect place to pamper yourself and your mate for a wonderful carribean vacation you will never forget!
No smoking is permitted on the premises. A rental car will be required for your stay; 2 dr 4WD Wrangler is recommended.

Words cannot describe how fabulous our vacation was! For the first time in my life, I was speechless due to the astounding beauty of St. John Island! The accommodations were everything we dreamed of .... And more! We loved the location and were happy that we were away from city so we could enjoy peace and quiet, but we had dinner in Cruz Bay every night except one, and we took advantage of the grill. The views can't be beat and we are so thankful that you shared your piece of paradise with us! We visited a lot of the beaches and drove all over the island! We took a boat trip on the Bad Kitty and it was so fun. We didn't want to leave and we hope to return very soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Spectacular view. Beautiful house and grounds. Unit well appointed, all the creature comforts! Kitchenette had everything we needed for enjoyable cooking; made some great meals with a view. Comfortable bed, linens, etc....cozy. Roomy bathroom. Loved the bi-fold doors that open the suite to the fabulous views. Great beach gear too-- coolers, clever beach chairs, made for perfect beach days. Swimming pool and patio with a view! Overall one of our favorite ever vacations, surpassing resort trips because we had luxury without the "schedule" or confinements. Relaxing beyond words, kicked back, and memorable. Will definitely recommend and return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was our second week-long stay at Little Palm in as many years. Obviously, we love the place. Michael is a great host, the property is very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. The pictures don't do it justice. There is a tremendous amount of things to see and do on St John. This property works out great for my wife and I. Rumor has it we're already planning our next visit to Michael's island paradise.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Little Palm was amazing in every aspect -- from the breathtaking views to the spotless, well maintained property. We truly felt like we had arrived in paradise! We have already recommended Little Palm and Palm Vista to several friends. Michael extended such gracious hospitality that we immediately felt at home and very relaxed. We really appreciated every moment of our stay at Little Palm. It was very comfortable, quiet and spacious for two people. The view was second to none (we actually had a nice rainbow off the balcony one morning). The villa is well appointed, and all of the suggestions and info in Michael's binder were extremely helpful. We missed Michael as he was "off-island", but we felt like we met him based on his attention to detail and the warmth in his home. I actually enjoyed making breakfast most mornings on the side burner of the grill. The omlettes and egg sandwiches never tasted so good, and what a view while you are cooking. Did I mention the view!! The view is available from virtually everywhere from this property.... even the pool. We loved the pool and reading on the lounge chairs next to the pool. It is actually good if one of the drivers is fairly accomplished and confident as the driving is on the left and the elevations and turns are not for the "faint of heart". My wife was happy to relinquish the driving to me :>) After our initial trip following Brian to the villa, I was good with the driving. Brian was great with providing helpful info. Highly recommend Leinster Bay/Waterlemon Cay for the pristine beach and awesome snorkeling, and the snorkel/sunset sail on Kekoa. Treat yourself to a stay at Little Palm..... you will not regret it!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

The view from the Cottage was beautiful. The windows lining the wall overlooked the gorgeous landscape below. It's quite a trek up the mountain, but well worth it. We were met at the car barge ferry and escorted to the cottage by a very knowledgeable and sweet lady. She answered our questions and showed us the "lay of the land." It was less convenient to the beaches than staying in Cruz bay, but the island is not so big that this was a problem...AND because it sat atop a mountain, we had privacy and quiet. Even the shower overlooked the valley. It was all special.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

From the moment we walked off the pier to the moment we drove away, we truly enjoyed every minute on the island and at this property. BREATHTAKING!!! This place is beautiful!! You cannot get better views on the island... A true feast for the eyes. This place is spotlessly clean, new, the mattress is so comfortable we slept like rocks every night. The marble bathroom/shower is really luxurious. The pool was exceptionally clean as well... Also with increadible views!! No expense was spared here. Michael was an excellent host. He met us at the dock in St John, escorted us over to the Varlack car rental, then the starfish market to pick up some groceries and then on to the house. It was dinner time when we arrived so Michael let us follow him back into Cruz bay for dinner at the lime inn where he put our names in for a table. He was great to just chat with as we came and went from the house. After i had driven up and then back down to cruz bay, the house was easy to get to and i actually enjoyed getting to drive there! Michael was able to tell us excellent dinner spots and even how to get down to some of the more private/secluded beaches. We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

After traveling throughout the island for a week --- returning "home" to Palm Vista each day confirmed ... this is the best and most peaceful view on the island. Mike was friendly, helpful, and yet respected our privacy. Sunrise, sunset, and a full sky of stars at night. Lovely, spotlessly clean (and I mean, eat off the floor clean!), with a view that will take your breath away. A studio with a king size bed, flat screen TV, large marble bathroom and enough of a kitchen area for all your needs, other than an oven - which was more than fine with us! (there is a grill if you feel the need to cook an entire meal). Private pool and beautiful landscaping - perfect place to enjoy a drink in the evenings and watch the sun set. My husband and I have rented many places over the past 17 years on St. John, and I have to say, this goes down in the books as one of my all time favorites. Not sure how to explain the sense of belonging I felt while I was there, or how safe....we didn't even bother locking the doors. To the person who wrote "it was just a room with a bed in it"......I guess they missed the magic, the beauty of simplicity, and a view that makes you wish you could stay forever. The owner, Michael, was the perfect host - very helpful and extremely hospitable. Thank you, Michael, I hope we can back and visit again soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Hi, my name is Michael Krienik and I invite you to share the wonderful paradise of St John. I first discovered St John 30 years ago via a cruise to St Thomas with a short snorkel junket to Trunk Bay Beach in St John. I was hooked. In March of 2003 I purchased land, some say its the best lot on the whole south side of the island, with its 230 degree breathtaking ocean views. I completed Little Palm Guest Suite in August of 2009 as a place where guests can truly enjoy the best St John has to offer. Why the Owner Chose Fish Bay:
I spent an entire week, 8 hours a day, on the island looking at every parcel of land available. In the end, the panoramic views, the cooling trade winds, the privacy, the gentle sounds of the surf, the views of three different bays, the sunrise and sunset...I was not able to find anything that compares.
