Little Palm Guest suite, located in a quaint island stone cottage, is the perfect romantic getaway. Situated high a top a hill that borders the National Park, it has commanding 280 degree views of the Caribbean. It's a great economic alternative to those considering a hotel stay...yet desire the ultimate in privacy and convenience.
Completed in 2009, the interior boasts a King Size poster bed with the most comfortable pillow top mattress you've ever slept on. The room has a sitting area with snakeskin mosaic table and 2 chairs. The 4 oversized mahogany French doors open to the ocean view and a private coral tiled deck. 2 additional French doors open to a private covered porch and patio. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, all brand new, provide just enough convenience without the hassle of cooking for yourself.
The luxury bath with custom cabinetry is made of glistening white carrera marble. The large shower with glass tile accents features an ocean view window and is big enough for two.
The Guest Suite is located in the ocean (lower) level of the owner's cottage. It has its own seperate staircase and entry, with its own private covered porch, balcony and patio. It is very private; the walls and ceiling are concrete so it is very sound proof from the owner's space on the main level. The owner's cottage area is never rented and is only used when the owner is on island, so most times you have the cottage to yourself.
Just a few steps away, a beautiful ocean view pool! Little Palm's guest suite is the perfect place to pamper yourself and your mate for a wonderful carribean vacation you will never forget!

Hi, my name is Michael Krienik and I invite you to share the wonderful paradise of St John. I first discovered St John 30 years ago via a cruise to St Thomas with a short snorkel junket to Trunk Bay Beach in St John. I was hooked. In March of 2003 I purchased land, some say its the best lot on the whole south side of the island, with its 230 degree breathtaking ocean views. I completed Palm-Vista Villa in August of 2009 as a place where guests can truly enjoy the best St John has to offer. Why the Owner Chose Fish Bay
I spent an entire week, 8 hours a day, on the island looking at every parcel of land available. In the end, the panoramic views, the cooling trade winds, the privacy, the gentle sounds of the surf, the views of three different bays, the sunrise and sunset...I was not able to find anything that compares.
