Excellent location with the advantage of a pool, the people renting the property next door were envious of this. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute stroll to the supermarket, all beach equipment was available(including fishing rod) House was very clean and tidy with all amenities. The property Manager Barbara was especially helpful and made some excellent day trip suggestions such as Sabastians inlet where we stood in water 2 feet away from Manatees. We will be booking this property again.

Great accommodations... Place is exactly as shown in pictures. 3 block walk from the beach, liquor store and grocery store real close... The house had everything u need... Only item on our wish list would have been a heated pool. Would highly recommend this place to rent..

My family (9 adults and 2 children) stayed at this townhome in June 2011. We had a marvelous time. We walked to the beach daily (which is a short easy walk) and found that the beach was not crowded at all. We grilled several times and enjoyed the clean pool daily. There were about 5 or 6 beach chairs, a bicycle, and a well stocked kitchen. The house was beautiful and with 11 people, we never felt crowded. We have already recommended this place to a few friends and if we vacation in Cocoa Beach again, this would be our first choice for accommodations!

We recently stayed there the last week of May, and we all had a wonderful time and were very impressed and pleased with the house! the house is much nicer than pictures portray, and there was plenty of room for three different families to spread out. The pool is very nice and private with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Barbara their contact person, realtor,, was an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty when she found and then mailed to us our daughters favorite stuffed toy as well as $200 cash we left behind!!! very impressed with well stocked kitchen, towels, beach towels, and pool and beach toys and beach chairs., best stocked home I have ever stayed in!

Spring Break 2011 - Softball Tournament Play

We were very pleasantly surprised at what this home had to offer! We had 8 adults sleep very comfortably during our stay ... very short walking distance to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier, the grocery store was just across the highway. It was really nice to have everything right there for easy living away from home ... beach items including boogey boards, beach chairs, beach toys for smaller children which our daughters staying at a nearby hotel had fun with. There is a grill available by the pool which was very nice for outdoor cooking, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air, wi-fi, 3 televisions, DVD players ... everything was in great condition! I would highly recommend this home and will have the opportunity to vacation there again! The only problem we found to be an inconvenience was the pool not being heated but did find it refreshing in the heat of the day. Kudos to the owners and the realtor ... very good to do business with! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

We found easily the place, were able to get in without problem (even if at 2AM), and were astonished by your home. It was extraordinary well adapted to our group (8 persons, 3 couples with 2 teens), with its huge leaving room, its big bedrooms, and was very well equiped (better than expected from your site description & pictures). And we used a lot this big table for dinner & board games, as I hope we did. We were lucky enough by the temperature (average of 21 F - late december). Too cold for long swim & full usage of the pool, yet we enjoyed the long nearby beach, and profited of the near grocery & liquor store. Having a 12 persons van, we easily visit Orlando (Disney & Universal) & Cap Canaveral Space Center. Thanks again ....

My family stayed at this house in early May. The owners were good to work with and our experience was a very good one. Although the pool is not heated, it was plenty warm (even for our 4 month old daughter.) The house had a crib, play yard, high chair and lots of other baby items. The house was very clean and everything seemed brand new. The furniture including the beds were comfortable. The house had beach chairs and was within walking distance to the beach. We can't wait to return.

We rented this property March of this year, 2010 and found it to be a lovely, well cared for home. The location is perfect with it's proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants and local attractions such as Disney and NASA. I was especially impressed with the personal attention we received from both the property manager, who helped us with the arrangements, and the home owner, who called to see how everything was, in the property manager's absence when we arrived. The price is very reasonable for what's offered. I would definatley rent this property again.

stayed here for a week was great,nice pool comfortable beds kids loved it as was close for beach and disney. the kitchen is a delight to cook in also had internet and that was great. i would recomend this property.

We had a great stay here. The house is convenient to A1A and the beach. Grocery store (Publix) is within walking distance. The house is nicely furnished and great open area with kitchen, dinning room, living room all open to each other. We had 10 people and the house never seemed crowded. The beach is an easy walk. We were able to watch a satellite launch from the space center right from the beach. It was awesome. The pool is nice but not heated so we were not able to use it. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this very nice property with my wife, 3 kids and God mother in mid Nov 2009 while attending a Space Shuttle launch at Kennedy Space center. The home is spacious and perfect for a family or group. It is well maintained, very clean with new amenities. The property manager was also extremely nice and knowledgable. The beach is only a 5- 10 minute walk down the street and the home is a few blocks from the grocery store. We did Disney World 3 days in a row and it was an easy 45 minute drive. The Space center is about 20 minutes away. We really felt like home and it was nice to come back after a day at disney and feel relaxed, with a living room, wifi, full kitchen etc. I highly recommend this rental if you are coming with kids and really want beach access. You can easily see all of the orlando attractions by driving. The owners also promptly returned our deposit once we had gotten home. It has a pool, but didnt use it as the weather was a little cool when we were there.
