Location: Black Butte Ranch, Central Oregon, Oregon, USA (30 min. from Bend, 3 hrs from Portland, 2 hrs from Eugene)

Our 2,200 square foot home is waiting for you to enjoy! We are centrally located by Paulina Pool, tennis courts and creek and Big Meadow #13 green. We are on a private cul-de-sac that is safe and quiet. We are a short bike ride or walk through the meadow where you can feed the horses and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. The new Glaze Meadow facilities and spa is a ten minute bike ride and just minutes by car. You can also stay at home and BBQ while taking in the view of Black Butte from the large deck. In the winter enjoy a cozy fire while you watch the snow fall out the big windows or drive 12 minutes to ski, snowboard or sled.

Our home has three bedrooms with new beds and linens. The upstairs has a large master suite with a king bed, new plasma TV, and newly remodeled bathroom. In addition, there is a perfect loft with twin beds and hide-a-bed with a playing area for the children. Downstairs we have two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils that you will need to make a gourmet meal. We have a large dining room table and kitchen nook that are perfect for family dinners, scrap-booking, or card playing. Our family room is cozy with a wood stove, and plenty of places to snuggle in and watch a movie or sporting event.

Black Butte is one of our favorite places in all the world and our goal is to provide you with the perfect setting for a vacation. We provide bikes, golf clubs, tennis rackets, sleds, games and other sporting equipment. We have a proven track record with previous renters and are an affordable option for your next vacation.

    • My husband and I spent three relaxing nights at the Barker's very comfortable vacation home. We love Black Butte and it's calm environment, beautiful golf courses and many bike paths. We found their home to have everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Too bad we didn't have more of our family there to enjoy such a large place! Well, maybe next time...

    • I have stayed at the Barker's Black Butte home several times; both in the summer and winter. It is in a great, central location that has easy access to pools, tennis courts, the meadow and biking trails. I've been there with two families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs is very private and quiet if you need to have some quiet time. The loft was a great place for my grandchildren to sleep and play. The kitchen has everything you need and it was so nice not to have to haul everything over to prepare a nice meal. I have stayed at multiple properties on the ranch and this one is a great value for the money. The owners were very pleasant and organized.

    • We enjoyed a weekend at the Barker's lovely home last fall. It was so relaxing to be able to feel so comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, we had all the equipment we needed. Being away from the hustle and bustle of life in such a tranquil environment was a tonic for my busy family. We will definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it.

    • I have stayed here on numerous occasions and LOVE this house. It is clean, comfortable, and close to all of the things my friends and I love to do - bike, swim, play tennis, ski, etc. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone!
