The beaches are beautiful. This unit is recently painted, clean, convenient and ready to be enjoyed.
You will feel right at home in this spacious townhouse. Updated open space with granite counter tops and tile floors in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Attractively decorated throughout the unit. But what if it rains? No problem the living room has a plasma TV with a blueray DVD player. There are games and books to use for everybody. The property is gated so you will feel secure. Beach chairs, umbrella and bikes are provided. The lake is ready for fishing or just sit on the patio and relaxing
There are two master suites, one downstairs with a queen bed and one upstairs with a king bed. There are two twin beds in the loft and the new sofa makes into a bed. There is plenty of room for your family. Both master suites are accompanied with a full bath. Flat screen TVs with cable are in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available at no charge.
Walk out on the patio that leads down to a beautiful lake. Plenty of fish in the catch and release lake. The heated pool is a short walk. The fantastic sugar white beaches of Sandestin are just a little further walk (no more than 10 min). The pictures cannot do it justice.
Need a Starbucks coffee in the morning? Just around the corner at the Market Street Shopes is Starbucks, some fun retail shops, a couple of restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is one mile down Hwy 98 for that shopping fix. Baytowne is on the property with more shops, restaurants and fun for all ages.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk Villas
In 1999 our family spent one of the most relaxing vacations on this property. Several months later 5088 was purchased. Since then the family, friends and guest have enjoyed our vacation home. It is in a serene spot, minutes to the beautiful beaches of Florida's gulf coast and lots of fun things to do for all ages.

We stayed at this condo during the summer. We have used VRBO about 10 times now for different trips we have taken - and I even use it a lot for my business travel now. The experience we had at this condo was exceptional compared to other places we had stayed. The description of the condo was accurate, it was well maintained and very clean. It has a loft upstairs where the kids slept which allowed us to invite our family to stay in the downstairs bedroom (without the price of a 3 bedroom). The patio is great, walk right out to where the kids fished, and we could keep an eye on them. There is a storage closet with beach toys, fishing poles, bikes, beach chairs and a beach cart. Cheryl was extrememly helpful to us - she went out of her way to allow us with a mid-week rental, and an extra day at the end when we had unforseen car trouble. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the unit.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
