OIL SPILL UPDATE: As of today the beaches at WaterColor Resort and WaterSound Beach are unaffected by the spill and each of these organizations is currently stating that there is no imminent threat to WaterColor's beach and the Beaches of South Walton. Activities and events are in full swing and offer even more ways and reasons to enjoy the outdoors. I am hopeful that summer will bring only sunny skies and crystal clear water.
The State of Florida and Walton County agencies have developed proactive programs for the purpose of keeping our beaches sparkling white and safe for all to enjoy. With that said, if we do receive official notice that there will be a negative impact to our shoreline resulting in the inability to use the beach or water, you will be allowed to change your stay dates or we will issue you a full refund, if that impact occurs during the time period you are scheduled to vacation with us.
For those of you that have not make your vacation plans, you can book with confidence knowing that there will be no risk involved due to this incident.

Our "NEW" Studio is in the middle of the celebrated communities of Alys and Rosemary Beach so all of their much publicized amenities are just a short walk away, but you'll be paying a FRACTION of the price! To the West, it's a short drive to the famous communities of Seaside, Seagrove, WaterSound, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. To the East, it's a short drive to Panama City Beach where there is a water theme park, jet skiing and parasailing, as well as more shopping and dining alternatives and a 12 screen cinema at Pier Park.
A Studio Condo is similar to a Hotel Room. There is a sofa bed (convertible bed) in the living room. At night you use it as a bed and during the day you can fold it back into a sofa. The "Kitchenette" has a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner hot-plate, and a microwave. There is a full bath with shower and bathtub. This condo is really ideal for a couple. If you have 1 or 2 small children, you would need to bring an air mattress with extra sheets and blankets.
