Unobstructed ocean views from every room in the house. Sit back and watch dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, Sunsets, waves, surfers, boats, airplanes from a distance and active, fit, healthy people play.
If you want to just set up and relax at the beach for a week, you don't even need a car to enjoy all of Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches amenities. We are just 15 minutes Southwest of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by taxi. We have bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels ready for your stay.
If you wish to drive around Los Angeles, you are 26 miles from everything Los Angeles has to offer including: Disneyland in Anaheim 26 miles (LA Angels), to Hollywood, to Downtown LA (Lakers, Kings, Dodgers), Hollywood Park, LA Zoo, Queen Mary/Long Beach, Trump National Golf Course, Malibu, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, etc.

Purchased in 1978 by Bob and Viva Stroyke (long time real estate brokers) to raise their two children and grow old in; this elegant home was the focal point of annual Fourth of July parties for over 26 years and countless beach days.
