This is a wonderful renewed condo. Living areas are spacious and with an amazing sea breeze. Views are just to kill for! Having breakfast or enjoying the sunset is a must in the balcony.
All three bedrooms have a large window directly to the beach as well as their own air conditioning unit and Cable TV.
The open floor plan that includes the dining room, family room, TV area have a large balcony overlooking the beach and a large window overlooking the golf course. This area and and the spacious and well equiped kitchen, work flawlessly.
The building is a gated secure building with controlled access doors on the beach side and street side. Wonderful common areas that include the pool, a small pool for children, the garden area and the sun deck are spacious and well planned.

The rental agreement includes a wonderful maid, "Columba". She will be there to make sure your stay is comfortable and will make the rooms daily as well as the rest of the place and help around in the kitchen. More details can be provided.
