Our family owned four bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is situated at Regal Palms Resort. Our home is not overlooked and is well situated within the resort; we are a few minutes walk from the facilities, but far enough away to be nice and quiet.
Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances you will find at home. However, if you do not want to cook, you can walk to the resort restaurant or walk to Berry Town and try the local restaurants.
We have full air-conditioning and ceiling fans and TV’s (with cable) in the lounge and master bedroom; we have recently installed Wi-Fi internet access.
All the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes/closets, the master bedroom (first floor) has an en-suite bathroom and the ground floor double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Our home also has two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. Within the master bedroom we also have a safe for our guests.
The facilities at Regal Palms are great! For those who want to relax, floating around the “lazy river” is good fun. For the more energetic, you can visit the gym before you visit the bar and restaurant!
Orlando’s world class attractions are all easily accessible and just in case you don’t know, Orlando offers more than theme parks too.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
We chose to purchase our vacation home in this location as it is ideally situated for Disney World and provides easy access to Orlando's other world famous attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our home is a short walk to the resort facilities and we are not overlooked. Our home overlooks a large pond to the rear and now that the bushes and reeds are starting to mature, we have the added pleasure of wildlife beginning to make themselves at home. We are also within walking distance of Berry Town, which hosts a Publix store, bank, gas station and a number of restaurants.

We live in Leicestershire, which is right in the middle of the UK and approximately one hundred miles north of London. Matt retired (May 2008) after completing thirty years service as a Police Officer and I work for the Ambulance Service (accident and emergency). We have experienced some wonderful holidays in the USA and we feel that Orlando is a great destination for all ages. Helen and Matt P.s the photo was taken in Mount Dora, a lovely place to visit for a relaxing day out.
