Contemporary 2-bedroom second floor condo in beautiful Destin, Florida. Destin boasts emerald waters with white sandy beaches. A great family oriented vacation site. Our unit is tiled in the den, kitchen and bathrooms with Berber carpeting in the bedrooms.
French door leads into a small balcony on the back of the unit with a slight view of the ocean. Tennis court next to unit, clubhouse and pool a very short distance. Complimentary computer access in clubhouse during office hours. Beautiful landscaping adorns the property with lots of grassy areas. Great area for biking, walking or running. Its a short walk to a private beach access.

Why the Owner Chose Chateau La Mer II
We chose Destin for a vacation rental because it has the most marvelous beaches in the United States, easy to fly into if needed and is a short drive from our home. It has great temperatures year-round and is a great place to visit. It is especially great for those snowbirds who want to come south 4-6 months out of the year. My family has been vacationing here since 1984. There is something for everyone of all ages to do.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Just a short walk to the beach (beach access is allowed at Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant directly in front of the entrance to our condo complex). Its very close to an outlet shopping center and mall/theatres. Many great restaurants within walking and driving distance. I enjoy biking or walking to the coffee shop which is 1.5 miles away.
