Located on the east end of St. Thomas. Pineapple Village is a serene setting with easy access to both beach and pool.
The suite has a private courtyard, island style bathroom with shower stocked with fragrant soaps and shampoos and cotton towels. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and gas grill available on request. The suite is best suited for a couple - two suites are adjoining and can be rented together to accommodate two couples or adults with children. Adjoining suite can be configured with one or two double beds. NOTE: we have a total of three mini suites available for rent.
Walk around the tropical gardens and feel totally relaxed - the beach and pool are a short stroll out your door. Walk down the beach to Fungi's Beachside Bistro, head to Coki Beach for great snorkeling. Plan a day sail trip that leaves right from the beach! There's lots to do and no need to venture out if you don't want to. We have plenty of parking if you rent a car and a safari open bus comes by regularly right at the entrance of the property. We are about 7 minutes by car or bus to Red Hook where you can shop, dine, or take a ferry to St. John or the British Virgin Islands (passport required!)

NOTE: Directly on the beach is the now closed Stouffers Rennaissance. These vacant buildings should not effect your enjoyment of the area as we are adjacent to Point Pleasant Resort (where rates a very much higher) and are minutes away from Coki Beach and Coral World. We have lived on this property for over five years and enjoy the fact that it is not busy and most times we have the pool all to ourselves! There is security on property at the gate and also a guard that strolls the property for extra measure. If you are looking for a great value - most guests say "it's more like home" than a hotel - then you will enjoy your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Pineapple Village
We love the nature like setting - tropical plants abound. Easy access to beach and pool. The complex is on flat land so those with walking issues may find this a good option.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our laid back atmosphere makes total relaxation a breeze. It's so easy to walk outside our door and go to the pool or be lazy at the beach. We can walk to Fungi's beachside bistro for a quick bite or island cooler. Our grandkids love snorkeling at Coki Beach and playing with the manta rays at Coral World. We have our choice of day sail charter boats right from the beach. Who needs to go anywhere else when paradise is right at our doorstep?!? Mostly we love to just relax with our morning coffee in the private courtyard while we plan our day.
