Lagoon Run is a family oriented complex. It is located across the road from the beach/gulf and directly on the Lagoon waterfront. The gulf and the Lagoon come together at the complex so that you have view of both. Unit 205 is beautifully decorated with bright, beach colors. Wallpaper is also part of the decor. The pool is beautiful and is located on the bank of the Lagoon. A fishing pier and boat dock add to the beauty of the complex. Great place for walking. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and recreational activities. This is a family 2nd home and has never been in a rental program until this listing in the summer of 2009.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The condo is so cute and well decorated in a "beachy" theme. It was very quiet and relaxing, and just a short walk across the road to the beach. The pool water was a little cold, but we managed to swim a few times. We also enjoyed walking out on the fishing pier and sitting in the swing. I would highly recommend this unit...it is a great value if you're on a budget.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.
