The perfect altitude (and attitude)! The wrap-around balcony of this 3rd floor, west corner unit of white caps overlooks the calming waters of the Gulf of Mexico (dolphins have been sighted!), the white sandy shores of Orange Beach and the spacious gulf front outdoor pool of this 15 story complex! Other on-site community features include a kiddie pool, an indoor pool/hot tub, sauna/steam room, fitness room, tennis courts and a BBQ area with 2 charcoal grills (1st come/1st serve usage).
Two elevators are available to access the unit. However, stairs are conveniently located to utilize for those who wish a "little" exercise while on vacation! The unit itself contains 4 flat screen TVs/cable, DVD players and an in-wall stereo speaker system. Free wireless internet is also available. A separate, full-size washer/dryer and additional ice machine are located in the fully equipped kitchen. Tile has been installed in the kitchen, dining/living areas and bathrooms with carpet in the 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds).
White Caps is conveniently located to many shopping establishments, fine restaurants & entertainment venues. Come enjoy the beautiful, Alabama beaches and Gulf Coast at Orange Beach!

Why the Owner Chose White Caps
We are the original owners of our unit at White Caps. At the time, units were available at other condominium complexes, but we liked the fact that this was a corner unit with a wrap-around balcony overlooking the spacious outdoor pool & Gulf and was only on the 3rd floor by the stairs (we like to use them instead of the elevators after we've moved in all our luggage, etc.). Orange Beach also seemed to be less crowded and more family oriented while still boasting the beautiful waters and beaches along the Gulf.

Lookout Mountain is the setting of our home in Northeast Alabama. It is beautiful for the changing seasons and offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. However, we have been enjoying our spring, summer & fall vacations on the beaches of the Gulf Coast since the 1980s! After trying several locations, we fell in love with the Orange Beach location. Listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, walking on the white, sandy beach and just lounging by the pool or ocean is such a nice change of pace and scenery! In addition, the convenience of the Outlet Mall in Foley and the new Wharf area in Orange Beach along with many other shopping areas, restaurants and golf courses in the vicinity give one plenty to do!
