Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic Main Street, and the best restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The ski lift is 1 BLOCK AWAY!

Our condo is on the 2nd floor, courtyard side. Master bedroom is sunny and bright with a large, comfortable KING-SIZE bed, cable 50" TV/DVD/VCR, and private bath with upgraded shower. Second BR has two twins with cable TV and its own upgraded bath just outside the door.

Relax in the LIVING area with a wood burning FIREPLACE, brand new leather furnishings, internet ready TV (Cable/DVD/VHS/CD) and private balcony. One sofa converts to QUEEN-SIZE bed. Enjoy meals and game playing in the DINING area. The KITCHEN is VERY LARGE and well equipped.

Enjoy the courtyard's soothing HOT TUB (all year) and heated POOL (winter/summer). An indoor hot tub and SAUNA (winter) with changing room and shower are in the adjacent building.

Why the Owner Chose Park Station

We chose to live in Park City because it has the best and most skiing (3 top 10 resorts in town and 8 more within 1.5 hours driving), climbing, hiking, biking and friendly people. With Salt Lake City's airport just 35 minutes away, our guests frequently ski the day they arrive and for free! (It's called the Quick Start program. Ask for details.)

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

A quiet, comfortable condo with large rooms, two 46"+ TVs, within a 2 minute walk to Park City Ski Resort's town lift, 60 restaurants plus shops, galleries and entertainment. Also, free and ample parking, 10-20 minute free shuttle to Deer Valley and the Canyons, groceries, movies, etc. (we don't use a car in winter!) And we LOVE the hot tubs and pool.

We left northern New York state to live in the western mountains (lots of snow and sun). After visiting every major ski resort (and more than a few minor ones) west of Kansas, we chose the Park City area. Then we found out summers are just as great (many say better).

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay. This location is fantastic! A few minutes walk from anything we've needed...the town lift, the transit center (Deer Valley is so close!), and all the shopping on Maint St. We really loved the Purple Sage, Flanagan's and No Name Saloon. The condo is quiet, comfortable, and clean. An excellent place for a ski vacation.

We just loved our stay - everything was great. This unit was very comfortable and cozy - fully equipped kitchen, nice king size bed with plenty of drawer/closet space and we especially liked the modern baths and big screen plasma TV. The manager was very friendly and immediately attended to all our needs.
