This was the second of two sunscape condo's we had rented for our spring time stay in Scottsdale. This condo was wonderful; close to shopping, restaurants, scottsdale nightlife, and the highway. It was quiet and comfortable for our party, and we look forward to staying here again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our condo. Although the pictures of the condo and pool looked really nice it was much nicer than what the pictures show. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom is huge and it was great to have a full bathroom and large vanity in our bedroom. The closet was also huge. The second bedroom, although smaller than the master was also beautiful with extra large closet space. The beds in both bedrooms are awesome! That is always a concern for us when travelling away from home and missing our own comfy bed but this condo did not spare expenses on ensuring the beds were of high quality. The condo has an awesome view on the balcony or from the dining room window, which overlooks the pool. The grounds around the condo are kept beautiful. The pool is huge and we loved it. It was great that it starts at 3 feet because our son is 4 yrs old so it was nice for him to not have the water over his head right away. We used the pool everyday. They have a great gym which we also utilized at least every second day. I was able to be on the treadmill and had a view of the pool so I could watch my husband and son at the pool. The loungers by the pool are so comfortable, you really feel like you are at a beautiful resort. We can't say enough positive things about our stay at Sunscape Villas and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the property manager and assistant. The place is located in an excellent area which was quite central to so many places that we went. I would highly recommend renting a condo at this location, you will not be disappointed.

The condo was great--had everything we needed, good location, very clean, great amenities. We had a 2-1/2 year old and a 5 year old who enjoyed the pool, watching DVDs on the condo's DVD player, etc. Ryan was very helpful in finding the right property for us. The location was absolutely wonderful; we spent a lot of time in Old Scottsdale, an easy walk from the condo. The best part of our stay actually had nothing to do with the condo--70's and sunny in January!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
