Had a great first time in NYC 11/5-11/8. Great to communicate with. Room was as described. Great neighborhood in the financial district. Room was clean and quiet. Only a few blocks from the subway and TKS Booth if you want to get Broadway show tickets. They were taping the new Batman movie only a block away when we stayed there as well. Great little place called Water Street Bistro down the street for breakfast. Front desk was helpful. Would stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

My husband and I stayed in this property May 15-19 2011. It was a nice apt. in a wonderful building. We had everything we needed, It was clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay in a building that had a 24 hour concieger that helped us with directions, cabs and much more. The area has wonderful places to eat, We took the city bus everywhere and the stop was across the street. Thanks for such a wonderful stay and we hope to rent again sometime.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

My husband & I stayed for 10 days in April & were extremely happy with this condo. It was very clean & the bed is great. It had everything we needed & was quiet at night. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working while we were there but when we contacted the owner they immediately sent over a technician to look at it. The front desk staff was very helpful & friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is great – close to bus routes & 2 subway lines, restaurants & cafes, etc. We felt very safe, even when walking around at night.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

From November 19th through December 3rd of this year, my husband and I leased the studio at 75 Wall Street. Upon our arrival, we found more than we had expected. The apartment was totally furnished with everything we needed and so much more. All the appliances, including the washer and dryer, were new and top of the line. Every kitchen gadget one could imagine was there. The computer came in very handy for the two weeks we stayed there, as well. This newly renovated apartment and building suited our needs perfectly. The neighborhood in the heart of the financial district is well lit at night and quite secure. The nearby subway stations made our hops around the city easy and covenient. Additionally we appreciated the number of nearby food stores and restaurants we frequently went to. We plan to stay at 75 Wall Street on our next trip to NYC.

We had a great time at this studio! While you are at the south end of Manhattan, the location is fantastic - VERY safe/exclusive neighborhood, steps from the water and right around the corner from the subway that takes you anywhere in just a matter of minutes. Grocery shopping at "Zey Tuna" (corner of Williams and John Street) was a delight! The studio itself is almost brand new with a gorgeous kitchen and high end appliances. The bathroom was a really good size for New York and we loved the big bath tub & wonderful shower head... Having a computer with internet came in handy and we also enjoyed the big screen TV with DVD player. I will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family. So much more comfortable and less expensive than any Manhattan hotel... THANKS! The Wagners from California

Very nice Condo. Were very helpful with questions and always responded timely. Was close to subway lines and would advise subway over bus. Nicely stocked kitchen, we ate many meals at condo. We packed lite and having washer and dryer was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and would recommend this place. Being a studio I would not recommend more than 2 people, but was very spacious for the two of us. Also has iron and board for wrinkled clothes.

This Studio is fantastic. Totally new, with high end appliances, comfortable bed, computer, great TV, great bath and fixtures, super clean. Quiet with friendly Concierge service. Undergoing Lobbyrenovations when we were there, but no distraction at all. We will definitely return. Thanks for the great Studio
