Year Purchased: 2005
I fell in love with St. Augustine the moment I arrived. It is a very soulful, healthy town with beautiful beaches, great history and three saints watching over everyone: St. Augustine, St. John and St. Anastasia! My beach house is like a resort all on it's own. It's very elegant and rich feeling, has fabulous views and the beach just goes on and on forever. I love it because I can take my dog with me everywhere - the beach, my home, many restaurants - the whole area is pet-friendly.

There are lots of vacation rental homes in St. Augustine, and in this part of the beach. I knew people would enjoy it here as much as I do.
