Welcome to our vacation home in the heart of Panama City Beach. We have loved using the unit for the past few years and have just recently decided to begin renting so that others can enjoy our little slice of paradise on Florida's Gulf Coast.
The 11th floor unit is a one bedroom plus a bunk area that sleeps 6 comfortably with the pull out sofa. The condo has been professionally decorated and we have taken care to provide our guests with an upscale and comfortable experience perfect for a family vacation. The condo has a flat screen TV in living room, a king size bed with quality linens, bunk beds for the kids, an open kitchen and living area with granite counter tops, an oversized sliding balcony door and an oversized bath tub in the master bath. This unit comes fully equipped and all you really need to bring is your bathing suit, sunscreen and toothbrush!
Emerald Beach Resort is an upscale oceanfront all inclusive where you will experience a clean, luxurious, and entertaining resort the moment you step onto the property. Emerald Beach's amenities include 3 heated pools (oceanfront and 2 kids pools), a poolside Tiki bar, a walkover with martini bar and lounge, Starbucks, parking garage, Carrabbas Italian Restaurant Drop Zone at Skybar, beach chair rentals, sailboat rentals and many other daily activities.
Emerald Beach is located in the new heart of Panama City Beach...one mile east of Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, and only minutes away from Saint Andrews State Park.
