This home overlooks Lake Glenville and The Smoky Mountains. The average temperature in the summer is 75 degrees and beautiful, The fall has a beautiful changing of colors.
We have a private tennis court Lakefront Pavilion as well as lake access with 2 Kayaks for your use. We have Hi-Speed internet and Satellite TV and Stereo with Surround Sound. The house is located between the towns of Cashiers and Highlands. Highlands is a beautiful small town, very quaint with a live playhouse as well as many 5-star outdoor dining restaurants.
It also has many lovely shops for your pleasure. There are 30 Waterfalls within an hour's drive and many scenic sites, We are at a 4000' elevation 45 miles past Ashville which is the closest airport. There are many outdoor activities at your disposal: The Biltmore Estate, The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad...
The area is famous for it's Whitewater Rafting. There are many hiking trails or you can try your luck at fly fishing. If you love golf, you're in luck - there are many first class golf courses within 20 minutes.
Our Home is very private and sits on 2 1/2 acres; it can't be seen from the main road. We are in a small Gated community with paved roads and there are about 30 homesites within.

Laurie - thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We loved, loved, loved the location. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenties we could possibly want. We really enjoyed our recent stay at your lovely home, The views were incredible and we spent alot of time out on the covered porch watching the birds during the day and enjoying fires in the fireplace in the evenings. This place was truely peaceful and just what we needed for a getaway. Your decor is fabulous especially your bear theme. Thanks again we will be back!
