Each unit is privately owned and we take pride in providing guests with a quality stay. The condo has been newly renovated. It is fully equipped with a flat screen TV (cable/HBO), DVD/VCR, linens and towels. For your comfort, there is a full bed, twin bed and fold-out (full size) futon to sleep five comfortabily. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. A wonderful vacation is waiting.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The description and photos on the listing are very accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner was wonderful to work with. He was always quick to respond to emails and voice mails. We would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed here in June 2010 and it was exactly as the ad said it was. Had a great view of the ocean and the condo was just as it is pictured. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and plan on going back next year if we can afford to go. Loved love loved it!! Price was great also. Great place for pretty much anyone especially families.

We stayed at the condo in late June 2010; everything looked exactly as it did in the photos on the site. It was clean, well air conditioned, and the view was amazing (really helped to have tall table and chairs so you could easily see over the railing rather than have to look through it). The condo is in a great location, tons of shops and restaurants and grocery stores are on the same main strip that the condo is on, and the condo is also at the northern end of one of the main streets in Daytona (which means you can "go into town" without getting terribly lost). The only thing separating you from the beach on the level floor is a large pool area. The pier to the north is within walking distance. The property is well secured, with office staff during the day and a key is required to open the main front doors after office hours. The owner, Richard, was very gracious and helpful in answering questions and responding to concerns before our trip. He was easy to get in touch with and usually responded promptly to emails. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Daytona.
