  We really appreciated this place again and it has been improved upon by the owner since our last stay. The premises are clean, tidy and up to date with a fantastic view. I can see us going back next year.

  I stayed here for 10 weeks on an externship in Daytona Beach and this resort, particularly this unit, is fantastic. Everything is clean, and the location and the view are fantastic. The owner is also very nice and is a pleasure to work with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed here over Christmas and the place was wonderful! Looks exactly like the pictures, was upgraded, clean, organized and well planned (space wise). Even had a doc for the iphone which was a nice touch! Excellent price as well. Would definitely stay there again.

  The view is spectacular,you can enjoy the Pier's Saturday night fireworks from the balcony. It has all the comforts of home. We had such a great time we are thinking of canceling our Vegas trip for next year to stay here again. The pictures do not do it justice, it has been recently updated. They were in the process of remodeling the lobby while we were there, so there were a few minor inconveniences but it was nice to know they were taking good care of the property as a whole. We stayed 7 days and when it was time to go we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be going back.

  My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed everything about it. The place was cozy but roomy and well kept. The oceanfront view was terrific, like being on the beach without the sand. The location was near everything that was going on and a short walk to the pier and stores. Great holiday.

  We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The description and photos on the listing are very accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner was wonderful to work with. He was always quick to respond to emails and voice mails. We would definitely recommend this property.

  We stayed here in June 2010 and it was exactly as the ad said it was. Had a great view of the ocean and the condo was just as it is pictured. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and plan on going back next year if we can afford to go. Loved love loved it!! Price was great also. Great place for pretty much anyone especially families.

  We stayed at the condo in late June 2010; everything looked exactly as it did in the photos on the site. It was clean, well air conditioned, and the view was amazing (really helped to have tall table and chairs so you could easily see over the railing rather than have to look through it). The condo is in a great location, tons of shops and restaurants and grocery stores are on the same main strip that the condo is on, and the condo is also at the northern end of one of the main streets in Daytona (which means you can "go into town" without getting terribly lost). The only thing separating you from the beach on the level floor is a large pool area. The pier to the north is within walking distance. The property is well secured, with office staff during the day and a key is required to open the main front doors after office hours. The owner, Richard, was very gracious and helpful in answering questions and responding to concerns before our trip. He was easy to get in touch with and usually responded promptly to emails. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Daytona.

A $100 to $150 returnable damage deposit is requested when the reservation is made. Assuming no damages, the deposit is returned within two weeks of your departure. You may cancel up to four weeks before your arrival and your deposit will be refunded. Sorry, no refunds will be given after the four week mark.
