We had such a great time at the lakehouse. We slept 11 with no problem, all adults. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, kept everyone moving, and especially loved the rainshower in the master bath. The house is so well decorated and laid out for family enjoyment. The water is low at the dock, so we could not get our boat into the slip, but we had a good time in spite of that. We floated and enjoyed the water everyday. The AC was a large component to our comfort- since it was above 100 everyday we were there and usually by 11AM!! The beds are very comfortable and plenty of them. Our kids want to make this an annual get together. Thanks Kim for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at your house. It was the perfect setting, and the house really held our group nicely. It was our first time to try having several families under one roof, and we all had fun. The kitchen and den area are so nice and open, and the big screen TV was awesome for watching the Mavs championship game! We also enjoyed hours of fun swimming in the lake.

We had a great, relaxing 2 days with the kids at the lakehouse. There was such a nice breeze on the boat house, and the kids swam while we fished. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed playing the board games, I took advantage of a James Patterson book or two. We will definitely return in the future. Once again, thanks for sharing your place with us.

We arrived to a beautifully decorated, SUPER clean home. Not to mention the refreshing cool air, ahh!! We just kept talking about how nice the place was. Our family had such a wonderful time sitting on the back deck, fishing, boating, swimming & sitting out on the party deck in the evening. There were plenty of games to play. We truly had all the comforts of home. It was truly stocked with everything you need. Kim, thank you for making this such a pleasant experience all the way around. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

50th Anniversary With family

We loved every moment spent at the house. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and looked even better than the photos. Once we got settled, it was like being at home. The boys fished off the dock and on the last day caught a big catfish.....yipppeeeee! There were tons of books to read and games to play and a Walmart up the road in case we ran out of anything....Dairy Queen was a real treat since we don't have one in our own neighborhood. It was a great place to share a special time with our family. Hope to return next year.

Kim, The house was easy to find and absolutely wonderful! My friends and I had a great time relaxing and reconnecting over the weekend. We talked over and over about how nice the house was and how perfect it was for our getaway. Everything we needed was there and plenty more. Six of my college girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Everyone had a bed to sleep on and every amenity you could need and more was there for us. The home is very clean and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We played games on the Wii, cards at the dining table, relaxed on the deck, and relaxed in the living area. We all talked all weekend about how great the place was. It was just over an hour for those of us driving down from Dallas - very easy to get to.

We had a wonderful time. Brought our boat and did alot of fishing. Also my grandkids caught catfish off the dock. I was so proud when the 2 girls 13 & 11 came running in and said "Grandma we caught a catfish and took it off the hook ourselves" My chest was swollen. It was 12 inches so we cleaned him. Would reccomend anyone who likes the water to give this house a try. It has everything you could possible need while on vacation. I will return. Sam

Excellent Cottage on the Lake

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful lake cottage at Cedar Creek Lake! The lakehouse was comfortably furnished with everything we needed. The boathouse was so nice for docking our boat and even star gazing at night. We enjoyed playing the games from the lakehouse out on the deck and retreating to the wii games when returning from the lake. Thank you for opening your lake home to us!

What a wonderful place to get away to! Wow! The house is beautiful, clean, and very "homey". We felt right at home here. We had everything we needed, and shopping was very close. The kids loved the dock. It was so nice just sitting outside enjoying the view. We really enjoyed the lake. It wasn't a crowded lake like we have been used to in the past. There is plenty of room to play, water ski, wake board and tube without the constant worry of other boaters. We would reccomend it to anyone looking for a fun get away to the lake.

A Weekend Away

My husband and I along with our 20-month old daughter enjoyed a wonderful weekend away at this comfy, cozy home. We couldn't wait to escape the hustle and bustle of the metroplex for a couple days. This home was easy to find based upon accurate directions from the owner. Upon opening the front door we were greeted with a beautiful view of the sprawling backyard with an ideal lake view. The home was a 'cozy cottage' just as the owner had described and the pictures had portrayed. Everything was spotless, neat and very well-maintained. We had ample room as it was just the three of us. We commented several times at how many people could sleep and stay comfortably in the home. We were quite comfortable and content chasing our toddler around the house, playing the Wii, eating outside on the great deck, playing in the backyard, walking out to the water, driving into town for dinner one night and watching a movie. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations! We hope to return for a visit sometime in the near future!

The 4 grandparents that came with us were delightfully surprised too. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us without being on top of each other. The location was fantastic! We boated both days. One of the grandparents is unable to ride on the boat, but was able to sit on the fantastic dock in the shade and watch her grandkids ski, kneeboard, and tube to her delight. We also enjoyed the use of the boat lift. Thank you for making the rental process so easy. I appreciate the extra pictures and the quick communication from beginning to end. We hope to rent again some time and will definitely recommend your place to our friends.

What a great time we had at this adorable house on Cedar creek!! My kids went to bed each night exhausted from all the swimming and fishing off the great dock. The beds were as comfortable as home, maybe better. Cant wait to go back. Thanks for making our last minute mini vacation so relaxing and stress free!!

We LOVED this place! All the comforts of home, and more. Close to town for shopping and dining. But who needs to dine out, when you have everything you need in the well stocked kitchen. Total relaxation from lounging in the hammock to sunning on the party deck. My boys swam and fished right off the dock. They are begging us to take them back! We will definitely return.

We had a great time at your lake house and would certainly book again. The house was clean, well appointed and looked like the pictures. The fishing was great and the kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. Only ate out once at Chilli's the rest of the time we fixed at the house, so can't recommend area restaurants.
