Secluded beach luxury lodge in the forest by the ocean, close to town restaurants and shopping; creek out back. Over 3000 sq ft. All 3 bedrooms have kitchenettes; coffee maker toaster microwave refrigerators. Complete large kitchen.
This is absolutely one of the nicest homes in the area. Beach is short walk very private and beautiful. Tide pools, drift wood haystack rocks, not just sand. Large balcony and patio; 29 outside lights so night doesn't stop outside fun. The emerald green moss by the creek out back is more beautiful than the ocean. There are cedar stumps that will dwarf your car. Lots of parking for boat Motorhome and cars.
Three self igniting w/thermostats pellet stoves with lots of pellets / also has electric heat in every room with thermostats/. Large laundry room with laundry table, iron another washer and dryer upstairs. 4.5 bathrooms; jacuzzi tub in master bath. Cable complete internet music 5 telephones with intercom. Log trussed all wood ceiling, all wood house. Gas BBQ W/propane; you will be in luxury. I have a sandfilter system: Garbage disposal are tabo, can't have. Zip Lock bags provided instead & put in trash or put in compost pile due west behind stumps. Dishwashers just grind what is on the plates & leaves them. Sorry don't & won't have one.
Site seeing, hiking fishing boating. Home is in the middle of Oswald State Park, lots to do. This was built for adults basically. All rooms have king size beds; 2 which are foam. This lodge was featured on 12 Fox News Portland Better Homes and Garden yah!! The film crews shot a movie about this home --is this braggin' well yah!!

- Not Suitable for Children: Stairs and lots of glass tables. Made for adults your call but at least 9 years old or watch them a lot. Call me for video of the place.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 30 + this is not a party house. This is luxury in the woods please don't abuse it.

Private yet near all the facilities. Absolutely the one of the most beautiful areas in the world. This morning a herd of elk went through my yard 07/11/09. FLY IN TO PORTLAND OREGON; RENT CAR; 2 HOURS THROUGH THE FOREST YOUR AT ARCH CAPE LODGE IN THE FOREST LOOKING AT THE OCEAN; CREEK OUTBACK; EVERYTHING IS A VIEW. SECLUDED IN LUXURY WITH ANYTHING YOU NEED MINUTES AWAY.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Luxury Lodge
The beach is not just sand go out best is low tide; secluded, tide pools, big smooth black rocks, lots of drift wood, large haystack mounds in ocean, explore rock caves and tunnel. Miles to--North Arch Cape Deli Catering 1, Hug Beach 3, Cannon beach 6, Seaside 12: south short sands 3, Manzanita 6, Wheeler 12. Every tree has been climbed and trimmed; no widow makers on my property. Every sq ft of the property has been addressed 26,000 sq ft.
1/2 block north 1 1/2 blocks west to secluded beach w/parking. Tide pools, smooth black rocks, haystack rocks and lots to see best time low tide.

Map location is correct the map is old. Oswald State Park road is not there. the north east end of the road is Clatsop Ln that continues to the Lodge. Retired and traveling. Gone most of the time so I made this home for a vacation rental. This home was just finish. As of Jul 01 2009 the stove hadn't been used once. Enjoy!!!
