Corona Del Mar - A Breathtaking Ocean and Mountain Getaway

Why the Owner Chose Ocotal
The three owners took annual fishing trips to countries throughout the world. Thirteen years ago we chose Costa Rica and we have not gone anywhere else since. We have traveled throughout Costa Rica and decided on Ocotal. The location was perfect close to Liberia Airport, good roads, very friendly atmosphere and close to all the activities we enjoyed doing. We were originally going to build a house but were convinced that the property was perfect for a 12 unit condominium project. Five years later here we are and loving every bit of the decision.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Great location- close to airport, beach, golf, activities, town, restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. There is a onsite security guard and ocmplex. The residences are secured and private via fence and security gate. Lots of lighting, and most importantly, one of the most breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and mountainside that you will ever experience.

There are three owners Ron, Allen and Joe. We all reside in Florida. We decided to build these condominimums because of the location and all that Costa Rica has to offer. All three of us are married and have children and vacation on a regular basis. A 2.5 hour direct flight from Miami and we are in our unit. We are all very successful businessmen back in the States- Dentist, Controller, and Director of Contracts. Our children are now getting older and are enjoying Corona Del Mar as a vacation getaway. We hope to see you at the residences soon.
