Year Purchased: 2005
My wife and I are from Annapolis, Maryland. We raised our family there and now that our children are grown we wanted to make a change. We were tired of the cold winters and after visiting the SW Florida several times decided on the Naples/Bonita Springs area. We chose this location for the beautiful sunshine, sunsets and "Home of the Red Sox" training season. We also enjoy the close proximity of the airport (only 20 minutes away) and the fact that we can be back in Annapolis in two hours (straight flight). We chose "Palmira Golf Course & Community" because of it beauty, the activities available and the warm and welcome feeling of our neighbors. We hope you will enjoy it too, Gary & Tammy

We chose this location because of the state of the art Golf Course, Club House, Tennis Courts, and Renaissance Center which includes a beautifully landscaped pool, a lap pool, hot tub, full sized work out facility with professional trainer, exercise classes (yoga/palates) and massage therapist. Our house is also located within walking distance to all the above.
