Our beautiful luxury condominium, 2,000 sf in size and built in 2008, is located on the 15th floor of the Costa del Mar building in the desirable Miraflores area of Lima, within walking distance to hotels (including the nearby JW Marriott Hotel), restaurants, cafes, art galleries, nightlife and the Larco shopping area, which includes the Larcomar shopping center three blocks away. The building sits atop a bluff that provides ocean views from each room. It overlooks parks and green areas, the prestigious Terrazas tennis club, and the renowned Rosa Nautica restaurant and pier. One of the nearby parks, the Parque del Amor (Love Park), is often used for parasailing activities, with bright and colorful gliders slicing through the air right below the unit. In the distance, the Isla San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo Island) often provides a backdrop to golden sunsets.
The Costa del Mar building is not only beautiful, but very safe, with 24-hour doorman service and secured access to both the ground floor lobby and underground parking area. Each condo unit can be accessed only via card key, with direct access from the elevator to the unit. There is an intercom system that allows the doorman to communicate with the residents if any guests or visitors arrive. Our condo unit was designed and selected to take full advantage of the beautiful views of the ocean and the city. The living room (which includes a large balcony), dining room and master bedroom offer full ocean views, including white water views. The other two bedrooms include water and city views; even the kitchen offers ocean views!
Fully furnished and equipped for 5 people, our home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area. From the leather furniture and decorator touches boasting Peruvian art in the living room to the fully equipped European-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, this condo offers luxury and quality that is hard to find. The Master and second bedrooms each have custom made queen size beds, premium linens and alarm clocks. The third bedroom is fully set up as an office with wireless Internet access and has a sofa bed. Each bedroom has wall to wall closets with a built-in dresser. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs with cable. The bathrooms are spacious, have hair dryers, towels, large mirrors, and are finished with quality ceramic tiles. Each shower enclosure has thick tempered glass; there is plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The laundry room has the washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board.

Why the Owner Chose Miraflores
We grew up in Miraflores, so we knew that this location was special. Safe and close to a lot of amenities, but in a residential neighborhood.
Owner's Map of Miraflores
We are two Peruvian siblings who have lived in California for over 30 years. During a visit to Lima with our respective families, we fell in love with this property (it was under construction) and purchased it together. Since we only visit Peru once or twice a year, we decided to share this unique place with others. Both our spouses and children were born in the US but love coming to this place to unwind and enjoy what Lima has to offer.
