The home features an open living area with skylights, artful accent lighting, leather furnishings, a stereo with an iPod dock, a wood-burning fireplace, a 42-inch flat panel HDTV with DVD and an Xbox (with a selection of movies and games), a dining area with two tables, one seating six and another seating four, each overlooking the river, a rustic wooden desk, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters.
A master bedroom with queen bed and cable TV with DVD player and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower is off the main living area, and there is also a bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. There is another full bath with shower off the main area.
Out on the upper deck, there is a gas grill and a table for four overlooking the river. On the lower patio, the soothing hot tub and rocking chairs await, surrounded by privacy fencing and the sights of the river a few feet away. There is a small level yard area, edged by a retaining wall by the river, which is great for young children as well. Soak in the river and cool off on a warm day, or just relax while you cast your lure into the river and reel in the big one--the trout fishing is reportedly excellent.
Check -in is 3 PM on day of arrival and check - out is 11 AM day of departure.
