Beachfront Paradise is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Hawaiian Islands. Sunset Point is a uncrowded stretch of sand on Sunset Beach. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, amazing beach walks, sunbathing, water sports: surfing, diving, wind/kite surfing, fishing, sailing...It is a short walk to the action yet away from the crowds.

The top floor boasts a spacious and private master suite with its own large lanai overlooking the aqua blue ocean and white sandy beach below. The master suite also has a large walk in closet, a oversize king bed with plush pillow top mattress, and a large his and her bath with jacuzzi tub.
The third level has two spacious bedrooms each opening up to a lanai. Also on this level is a his and her bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room.
The main level is very spacious and includes a full kitchen with island, dining room, office/guest bedroom, and living room. This main level opens out to a large shaded lanai which has an outdoor table which seats 8, a BBQ, and looks out over the large yard to the sandy beach and Pacific ocean.
The lower level is the entry level with garage access. The home is very attractive with granite countertops and wood flooring, as well as being private and secure with a gated entry.
The location is ideal. It has close access to all the North Shore has to offer yet just out of the crowd scene. A short 2-3 block walk to famous Teds' Bakery for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or desserts.
This is the ultimate in North Shore Beach living.
