Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, amazing beach walks, water sports: surfing, diving, wind/kite surfing, fishing, sailing... with breath-taking sunsets year round, and a short walk to the action yet away from the crowds. Watch Humpback Whale (December-May), dolphin, monk seal, green sea turtles and exotic sea birds from the beach.
While snorkeling enjoy viewing one of the most beautiful reefs in the world with a variety of amazing sea life. The house is contemporary and newly remodeled. It is a 4 level home. The top floor boasts a spacious and private master suite with its own large deck overlooking the ocean below.
The master suite has a huge walk in closet, a large private oceanview deck, and his and her bath with jacuzzi tub. The second level has two spacious bedrooms each opening up to a deck. Also on this level is a over sized bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. The main level is immense, it has a full kitchen with island, dining room, office/guest room, and living room.
These all open out to a large lanai and deck which look out over the large yard to the ocean. The first level is the entry level with garage access. The home is very spacious, attractive, and private with gated entry.
The location is ideal. It has close access to all the North Shore has to offer yet just out of the crowd scene. This is the ultimate in Hawaiian living.
