This is a ground floor condo and is very comfortable. It is an end unit facing Lake Dillon and has beautiful views of the mountains as well. It is across the street from the amphitheater, restaurants, post office, large playground and park with picnic tables for cooking outside during the summer months. The bowling alley is just down the street. The free shuttle is across the street just a short distance away. Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door.
Summer activities: Beautiful Lake Dillon and Marina, great restaurants, amphitheater with breathtaking views and summer concerts every weekend, bike trail around lake, large marina/tiki bar, big playground and picnic area, trout fishing, tennis, movie theaters, live theater, bowling, frisbee golf, close to shopping in Breckenridge and Frisco as well as the Outlet Malls in Silverthorne. If you enjoy working out, there is a very large Recreation Center in Silverthorne just a mile away.
Winter activities: 20 minutes from Breckenridge, 5 minutes to Keystone, 10 minutes to A-Basin, 20 minutes to Copper Ski areas. 40 Minutes to Vail. Just steps away out your front door is Lake Dillon, Town of Dillon, great restaurants, large playground, free shuttle.
This condo offers 3 bedrooms with a private bath in the Master bedroom with a Queen bed. The middle bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom adjacent to the door across the hall. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a private bath as well. Two bathrooms can be accessed from the main living area without entering a bedroom.
There is also a separate dining room with beautiful views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountain range.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses, dishtowels, soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied. Wood is stored in the outside closet adjacent to the front door. The deck has seating and a propane BBQ grill.
Breathtaking views of Lake Dillon off the deck, diningroom and kitchen areas.
The clubhouse has 2 hot tubs and a large heated pool, showers and restrooms.
The courtyard has picnic tables, BBQ grill, horseshoes and hammock for your summer enjoyment.

We had a great stay here while visiting my son in Leadville. It was close to everything. There was plenty of room for four adults to spead out. The bike/running trail is handy for the people who enjoy a morning or evening run along the lake. We will come again next year. Liz
