This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is on Lake Dillon in the beautiful well kept Lake Cliffe Condominiums on the Lake. With a brand new children's park across the street for summer fun for kids and adults alike. This property is across the street from the Dillon Marina where you can rent boats or launch your own in the summer.
Lake Cliffe has an area for bar-b-quing and picnic tables. The clubhouse has an indoor salt water pool and two hot tubs, bathrooms and showers. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 trundle beds to sleep 4 people. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom.
The dining room table converts into a poker and small pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lanai has seating to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. This condo is 1/4 block from the free shuttle that takes you to all major ski resorts and Factory Outlet stores.
Lake Cliffe is a 5 minute drive to Keystone, 10 min. to Arapahoe Basin, 20 min. to Copper Mountain and 25 min. to Breckenridge. The amphitheatre is a short walk just behind Lake Cliffe to enjoy nature night every Thursday night and the free concerts every Saturday night in the summer time.
Also in the summer is the Farmers Market in Dillon just one block away every Friday from 9-2. The surrounding towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge always have great things going on too.
