The property is located in a new development in close proximity to the water and a pleasant rocky beach. There are some seals and sea otters in the area, and eagles, herons and other birdlife are at home on our piece of the coast. Orcas have been spotted in Stuart Channel, but you would be very fortunate to make such a sighting.
If you have visited Chemainus in the past, then you are familiar with it's charm. If this would be a first time for you, then we are confident that you will not be disappointed. We are also well located as a jumping off point to many other Island amenities and points of interest, whether those be forests and beaches (eg. Cathedral Grove, Rathtrevor Beach) or towns and cities (eg. Nanaimo, Victoria).

Year Purchased: 2009
We retired to beautiful Vancouver Island three years ago after raising our family in Edmonton on the wide open Alberta prairie. Here we enjoy the ocean breezes and a softer climate than that found on the other side of the Rockies. We also run a Bed and Breakfast in the rest of the house and enjoy meeting guests from all over the world. We believe that we have the gift of hospitality, and would like to welcome you to our suite for a night or a fortnight or longer.
