This large (1824 square feet) and well built (2006) condo is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande. Complete with 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways, there is no better place to spend your time in Clearwater Beach.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. While the dolphins are optional we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!

You will be a few steps from the white sand of the world famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60.
Go parasailing, jet ski, rent a boat for some deep sea fishing or just a ride.

A heated swimming pool and a hot tub are open until sunset and are nestled in a tropical setting.

All 3 bedrooms have a TV and a DVD player. Washer and Dryer inside unit.

We include coffee, tea basic condiments and paper producus.

  • Carlo, I just wanted to tell you we loved the condo and appreciate the quick responses from you. The condo was well equipped with our needs and the view was spectacular. It was a great location and we walked to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. We enjoyed jet skis one day and a kayak trip another with great tour guides. We definitely will try to make it back to Clearwater Beach. Our boys really enjoyed it too!
