Built in 2005, at "Sunnyside Up" you get the best of everything - just a few minutes walk across the street to the world's most beautiful beaches - powder white sand and emerald green water. The well maintained pool is just outside the door literally steps away.
Great for couples and families - no high rise condo's for miles or heavy traffic here - but you're a less than a mile from grocery stores and Carilion Beach and just a short drive to Pier Park's shopping, entertainment and restaurants and Frank Brown Park's recreation activities.
Everything inside is hand picked and clean. It's the extras that count from wall mounted hairdryers to bathroom cups to beach towels. Just bring your suit!
Sunnyside Up has 3 large bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) and 3.5 baths, each with light blocking drapes. Each bedroom has a private bath, plenty of dresser and closet space and a flat screen TV w/cable and HBO. The unit has 2000 square feet newly decorated with a coastal theme, includes a private elevator for easy access and there are ceiling fans in every room. The family room and loft include queen pullout sleepers so the unit sleeps 6-10 comfortably.
The family room includes 2 recliners, a 52" HDTV with DVR and a Blu Ray DVD player for your favorite movies. Telephone service is provided and high speed wireless internet is available throughout the unit. An inkjet printer with desk is located in the loft for your convenience.
The bright kitchen features granite counter tops and the latest appliances with a brand new stainless steel refrigerator. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iced tea maker and all the flatware, utensils, cookware and dishes you need for a great vacation. The dining area seats 6 or more comfortably and is great for eating as well as playing games. Its complimented by 3 stools at the eat up bar with plenty of room for everyone.
There are 4 balconies and one patio. Bistro seating is provided on the family room and loft balcony - which has a great view of the gulf and where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The patio and family room balcony also overlook the pool so its easy to keep an eye on the kids.
Two cruiser bikes are available for riding fun - the area has plenty of bike paths! Plenty of floats, beach umbrella, water toys and beach chairs are stored in the two car garage for easy access. A Wonder Wheeler Beach Cart is also provided to make the short walk to the beach even easier. A charcoal grill is also provided for times when you want to cook out!
Brand new front loading washer and dryer set are located on the first level.

Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
15 minutes from the new airport! The location is great - right across the street from the beach! We're located on the west end of Panama City Beach where there are no high rises and its quiet. Pier park is only minutes away with great shopping and restaurants. Frank Brown recreational park is nearby. Your also less then 30 minutes from Destin. Across the street from the beach, pool just outside our back door, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, great for couples or families - in between Panama City and Destin - You can't beat it!

Beautiful white sands and emerald green water across the street! The inviting, well maintained pool is just outside our back door. 4 balconies and a patio give you plenty of enjoyable views. We stayed at Sunnyside Up the week of Memorial Day. We have stayed at many rentals in Destin and along 30-A but never in Panama City. I was worried about the crowds but the condo is located on the western side of PCB where it is very quiet. It is much closer to the beach than even the pictures show. The complex is quiet with some friendly neighbors. There are several units sharing the pool but we rarely saw anyone else there. It was like having a private pool at the back door. We have rented many homes and condos and have never had one as well-stocked as this unit. The beach cart, umbrella, toys, pool floats, beach towels, etc were so great. They thought of everything. The owners even have a book with menus from many local restaurants as well as detailed instructions for everything in the home. The beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of linens for our party of 9. Crossing the street to the beach was a breeze, even with 5 children in tow. The owners were very easy to work with and helpful in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Sunny Side Up and will definitely rent again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your townhome was wonderful. Clean and fresh, well decorated and with loads of beach stuff. We vacationed with our son and grandkids and had a wonderful memory filled week. From the time we made the first contact till our deposit was returned everything was perfect including the beach and the weather. It was nice having the pool at the back door too! Thanks Rowes

We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. We vacationed with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The girls loved the twin bedroom and the boys enjoyed the loft space. The beach items for use in the garage were great. We didn't have to bring our own from home because it was all right there to use. We were all impressed with how clean the condo was. You were wonderful to rent from. You responed to my emails so quickly and returned our deposit within a week of returning home. Thank you! We have many wonderful memories from our beach vacation!
