Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased this beautiful lot overlooking the Sea of Abaco with a great elevation and built our dream home. The people are friendly and courteous. We have a dock and at low tide the water is 5 feet. This is a two story single family home, we live in upstairs when we are in island and we rent out the bottom floor. The privacy is assured since there is no access within the house between the top private floor and the bottom floor.
Why the Owner Chose Green Turtle Cay
We chose Green Turtle Cay because it is quiet, the water is crystal clear most of the time, fishing is great, exploring the other Family Islands and snorkeling are fantastic. The settlement of New Plymouth is very unique and dates back many years. The sunsets are to die for. The "Serenity" is like no other place.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of two Marinas that both have entertainment and great food. Boat rentals and golf cart rentals are also very convenient and available. Green Turtle Cay is one of the most beautiful islands in the Abaco chain and also offers great fishing within a few hundred feet of the shore.
