Year Purchased: 2004
Cindy and Daniel love visiting Tahoe with their three teenage sons. A native of Lake Tahoe, Cindy loves visiting old stomping grounds with her current family. Originally from the Bay Area, Daniel visited Camp Richardson Resort as a child where he and his family stayed in the cottages and enjoyed Lake Tahoe Activities. It was important for us to share our childhood experiences with our three sons, Cameron, Austin and Colton so we could allow them to create childhood memories as great as ours.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Island Park
This location is great in that we loved the neighbors and neighborhood. It was a great investment opportunity and truly epitomizes Tahoe Friendliness. We also loved that it is close to everything anyone could want in the way of entertainment – Casinos, Ski Resorts, Snowmobiling, and Lake Access for boating and beaching. We were really excited about the close proximity of the bike paths and Camp Richardson Resort as well as the fact that it’s out of the way of the Casino hustle and bustle yet close enough if entertainment is desired. We enjoy our happy 2nd home and have had many great family holidays and extended weekends. This location offers everything a family could ask for in creating fond memories and we are pleased to extend this possibility on to you and those you love. The Unique Benefits of this House
We have enjoyed Biking, Hiking, Snowmobiling, skiing and Rafting on the Truckee River, Fourth of July fireworks from the Tahoe Keys Shoreline and many Christmas Celebrations. Our fondest memories are the visits shared with our Brother's, Sisters and Nieces, Nephews and dear friends during weekends or holidays...Those are memories worth making that will never be forgotten :)
