The Eagles is a premium 2074 SF home away from home in Smugglers' Notch Resort's prestigious North Hill neighborhood. It boasts the resort's best views of Mt. Mansfield and Smuggs' 3 mountains. Eagles is one of the few units at the resort with central air conditioning. The great room has a gas fireplace, two oversized comfy swivel chairs and a huge L-shaped sofa with queen pull-out bed, a 42" plasma HDTV with DVD and surround sound. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters with seating for 3, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8, and the 4-season sunroom has a 4 person dining table, sofa and easy chairs.
Our condo would fall in the "Premium" rental rate category if you were renting through the resort. Your rental rate includes a SmuggsPass which gives you access to all of the resort pools, amenities and free activities. It also entitles you to discounts on kids camps, child care and purchases at 3 Mountain Outfitters.
The Master Suite is your sanctuary from the kids with a gas fireplace, private balcony, king sized memory foam bed, easy chair, desk, TV with DVD and stereo system with speakers in the Master Bath, whirlpool bath, granite counter, two person steam shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a desk for doing homework and a TV with DVD. The 3rd bedroom has 4 twin beds and a TV with DVD.
The 8 person hot tub outside your door is shared with only 5 other units. In the winter, the sidewalks are heated to melt the snow. Walk 50 yards to the North Hill Aquatics and Activities Center to swim in the indoor pool or work out in the fully equipped exercise room. The Center also has a kiddie pool with fountain features and a water slide an outdoor pool in the summer. The resorts extensive network of trails for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails passes just feet from your door. Tennis courts are 100 yards down the hill. The resorts on-demand shuttles will whisk you to anywhere else on the resort.

Wonderful place for a larger group or just if you want extra space, all the bedrooms were large, the living space was ample and clean. The resort shuttle was always on time and very handy. We'll be back when we visit Smuggs again. Thank you for keeping the property up to par.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
